In view of high activity and mobility of employees in the field of cultural publicity, the thesis selects the working staff in publicity sector of Beijing government as the study subjects, who have relatively sustainable position and stable career income. The main research focuses on their structural characteristics,flow of the law and development trend, makes analysis and theoretical thinking on the data, build up a set of people-oriented, comprehensive, harmonious and sustainable cultural human resources system with connotative, innovative, learning-mode as the characteristics to promote the prosperious development of metropolitan culture. |
