我国社会对文艺工作者尤其是中国音乐表演专业的从业者的传统文化素养要求越来越高,但是从“青歌赛”众选手的表现与附中 “情系红楼 ——向经典致敬”的《红楼梦》组曲音乐会参演学生的表现中发现,大部分学生的传统文化核心素养与他们“文化使者”的身份不相匹配,但是目前并没有特别有效的解决途径。笔者在教学指导过程中发现四个问题:一、学生的传统文化核心素养普遍低下;二、传统文化核心素养的概念模糊;三、学生阅读经典书目较少;四、缺乏指导中国音乐表演专业学生以提升传统文化核心素养为目的的经典阅读的行动模型。笔者希望通过本次行动研究明确经典阅读与提升传统文化核心素养的关系,明确学生该具备的传统文化核心素养,并构建一套切实可行的能提升传统文化核心素养的经典阅读教学的行动模式。 笔者通过访谈大学专业老师、附中专业老师及已毕业校友,了解学生群体的传统文化素养的现状,把学生需要具备的传统文化核心素养概念化为(1)、了解基本的传统文化知识,强化心理认同,增强文化自信;(2)、理解民族音乐作品传达的民族文化情感,并形成自己的见解;(3)、辩证地解读民族音乐作品传递的民族传统价值观,积淀精神追求;(4)、基于民族文化的理解,解构、演绎、传承民族音乐作品;(5)、从传统音乐中汲取营养,丰富自己的专业素养。 本研究的主要目的是提升学生的传统文化核心素养,构建能提升学生传统文化核心素养的经典阅读教学的模式。在研究过程中通过调查问卷,收集学生们的阅读习惯、时长、经历以及阅读的方式与偏好等数据,分析后明确阅读书目为《红楼梦》。综合运用人本主义心理学的理论,拟定行动方案,制定阅读计划,预设问题,指导学生先通读、再精读、最后反思总结。指导学生结合各自的专业,在精读前后录制音频,引导学生进行对比分析,邀请专业老师对音频进行不同维度的对比分析。让学生意识到经典阅读对他们传统文化核心素养养成过程中的作用。在行动过程中,笔者不断观察、访谈,不断反思执行效果,不断修正计划与方案,最终构建了行动模式。 本研究不仅明确了传统文化核心素养是学生必备的素养,还结合中国音乐表演专业学生的特点明确了学生该具备哪些传统文化核心素养;不仅证实了经典阅读是学生提升传统文化核心素养与专业素养的需要,还构建了进行经典阅读的有效方案与模式。结尾部分提出了选择经典阅读书目的建议和提升传统文化核心素养的教学建议。

Chinese society has increasingly higher requirements on traditional cultural attainments of literary and artistic workers, especially those engaged in Chinese music performance specialty. However, from the performances of the contestants in the National Competition of the Young Singers and the performances of the students participating in the suite concert “A Dream of Red Mansions —Salute to the Classic” held by the attached high school, the author finds out that most students’ core literacy of traditional culture does not match their roles as "cultural emissaries", and there is no particularly effective solution to this problem. The author finds out four problems in the process of teaching guidance. First, most students’ core literacy of traditional culture is generally low. Second, the concept of core literacy of traditional culture is vague. Third, students only read a few classic books. Finally, there is a lack of action model to guide Chinese music performance major students to improve their core literacy of traditional culture. The author hopes to clarify the relationship between classical reading and the improvement of core literacy of traditional culture through this study, define the core literacy of traditional culture that students should possess, and construct a set of feasible action mode of classical reading teaching which can promote the core literacy of traditional culture. By interviewing professional teachers in universities and the attached high school, and graduated alumni, the author has a better understanding of the present situation of student groups’ core literacy of traditional culture, and conceptualizes the core literacy of traditional culture that students should possess into five parts: first, understand the basic knowledge of traditional culture, strengthen psychological identity and enhance cultural self-confidence; second, understand the national cultural feelings conveyed by national music works and form their own opinions; third, dialectically interpret the traditional national values conveyed by national music works and accumulate spiritual pursuit; forth, deconstruct, deduce and inherit national music works based on the understanding of national culture; last, draw nutrition from traditional music and enrich their own professional accomplishment. The main purpose of this study is to improve students’ core literacy of traditional culture, and to construct a classical reading teaching mode that can improve students’ core literacy of traditional culture. Questionnaires were used to collect data such as students’ reading habits, time, experience, reading styles and preferences in this study. By analyzing these data, the author chose A Dream of Red Mansions as the reading material, applying the theory of humanistic psychology to making the action plan, the reading plan, and presetting the questions, instructing students to read through, then intensively, finally reflect and summarize. Students were required to record audio before and after intensive reading. Through leading students to make comparative analysis, and inviting professional teachers to make comparative analysis from different dimensions of audio, the author made students realize the role of classical reading in the process of forming their core literacy of traditional culture. In the study, the author constantly observed and interviewed, reflected on the implementation effect, revised the plan and program, and finally constructed the action mode. The study defines not only the core literacy of traditional culture necessary for students, but also the core literacy of traditional culture students should possess combined with the characteristics of Chinese music performance major students. The author not only confirms that classical reading is the need for students to improve the core and professional literacy of traditional culture, but also constructs an effective scheme and mode for classical reading. In the conclusion part, the author puts forward some suggestions on how to choose the classic-reading list and how to improve the core literacy of traditional culture.
