企业文化,是一家企业的所有员工在日常的工作当中都能非常认同,而且遵守的一种价值观和经营理念,是在企业不断发展和生产经营过程当中所体现和形成的。企业文化是企业的灵魂,是推动企业发展的不竭动力。虽然企业的文化并不能够直接决定这家企业的盈利大小,但是却能够影响到企业的发展,对于企业来说,在未来发展过程中能否成为一个可持续的发展企业,或者是一个世界级的企业,就取决于他所建立起来的企业文化。A公司是由物业管理公司发展而来的,目前集房地产开发建设、商品房销售、建筑安装、国际贸易、证券投资、物业管理、幼儿教育于一体的综合性集团公司。目前A公司发展速度较快,已在全国成立多家分公司,并且现阶段的发展战略由在国内快速发展转变为面向世界成立第一家跨国公司。但是现阶段,A公司面临着内外部双重的压力,外部压力在于,市场竞争日益激烈,同类型企业迅速崛起,新的技术革命带来经济社会模式快速变革,互联网A+浪潮席卷着全行业,内部压力在于,A公司正处在企业转型的关键时期,现阶段不单要做大企业,更要做强企业,增强企业的实力和市场竞争力,要将企业从机会性企业向资源能力型企业转变。但是目前,A公司的发展速度与企业文化的发展速度不一致,并购后新加入的企业众多,企业文化多元化对原有的企业文化产生了冲击,同时,由于管理层没有以身作则的实践企业文化,员工对企业文化知之甚少,由于从上到下企业文化的缺失,导致近年来员工离职率及管理层跳槽率逐渐升高,对A公司的发展产生了严重的影响,这就需要对A公司的企业文化进行改善建设。 本论文的研究问题是A公司企业文化建设的步骤、措施和方法是什么?根据企业特点及企业文化现状,应该相对应的采取什么样的完善措施来提升和完善企业文化,解决公司各种因文化缺失造成的潜在危机?本论文以国内外企业文化理论研究成果为课题研究依据,在企业文化的结构模型和丹尼森组织文化模型的理论基础上,运用案例研究法、问卷调查法及访谈分析法,在OCQ企业文化量表的基础上,通过两步调研,收集A公司企业文化的各项数据、指标,对A公司企业文化综合要素和员工满意度进行分析,从而更好的发现问题、剖析原因、改善解决。经过对A公司企业文化存在问题及研究,发现A公司在企业文化建设上还是有比较坚实的基础的,但是仍有一些不足和缺陷,比如员工认同度不高和文化落地性差,在以后的发展过程当中,可以从四个方面去进一步的提升和完善企业文化建设。第一个方面就是要让员工对于企业文化有更高的认同度和赞同度,可以从企业文化一致性和丰富性上面来进行改善。第二个方面就是建立起相应的制度来丰富和提升文化建设,可以从规范制度体制,激励体制和优化组织结构这个方面来落实。第三个方面就是可以对员工行为进一步的规范,并且选取和宣传模范典型来引导员工,同时对于领导作风也要进行改变。第四个方面就是从文化生活和工作环境,以及视觉识别这三个方面来进一步的提升文化建设。公司在建立文化的过程当中,首先要让高层的管理人员必须认识到企业文化的重要性,只有得到了管理人员的认可,才能够去让每一个基层员工都认真的去落实,让每一个员工在日常的生活和工作当中都能够融入企业文化,落实好企业文化。

The enterprise culture is the enterprise in the production practice gradually formed, as recognized by all employees and comply with the characteristics of the organization's mission, vision, purpose and spirit, values and business philosophy, and embodies the sum of these ideas in the external image production practice management system, employee behavior and the enterprise. The enterprise culture is the soul of the enterprise, and it is the inexhaustible motive force to promote the development of the enterprise. It contains very rich content, and its core is the spirit and values of the enterprise. The enterprise culture reflects the mainstream values of an enterprise, which is gradually formed with the development of the enterprise, with every practice of the enterprise. At present, company A is developing at A fast speed and has set up many branches across the country. Moreover, the current development strategy has changed from rapid development in China to the establishment of the first transnational corporation in the world. But at present, the development of A company speed and the development of enterprise culture, numerous newly joined after the merger of enterprises, corporate culture diversity has impact on the original corporate culture, at the same time, because the management did not set A good example of practice corporate culture, employees know little about the enterprise culture, due to the lack of corporate culture from top to bottom, lead to employee turnover rate in recent years and the management job turnover increased, had A serious impact on the development of A company, it is need to improve A company's enterprise culture construction. The research question of this paper is: what are the steps, measures and methods of corporate culture construction of company A? According to the characteristics and current situation of enterprise culture, what corresponding improvement measures should be taken to improve and improve corporate culture and solve various potential crises caused by cultural deficiency of the company? In this paper the enterprise culture theory research results at home and abroad for research basis, the structure model of enterprise culture and denison model based on the theory of organizational culture, using the case method, analysis method of questionnaire investigation and interview, the OCQ scale on the basis of corporate culture, by two-step research, collecting data, indicators of corporate culture, A company for A comprehensive factors of the corporate culture and employee satisfaction is analyzed, so as to better discover problems, analyze the reason and improve. After problems of A company enterprise culture and research, found on the enterprise culture construction is A company has A more solid foundation, but there are still some deficiencies and defects, such as the staff is not high and esteemed culture be born poor, in the later development process, can from four aspects to further improve and perfect the enterprise culture construction. The first aspect is to enable employees to have a higher degree of recognition and approval of corporate culture, which can be improved from the perspective of corporate cultural consistency and richness. The second aspect is to establish corresponding systems to enrich and improve cultural construction, which can be implemented from the aspects of standardizing the system, encouraging the system and optimizing the organizational structure. The third aspect is to further standardize employees' behaviors, select and publicize model models to guide employees, and change the leadership style. The fourth aspect is to further improve cultural construction from the aspects of cultural life, working environment and visual recognition. Company in the process of building culture, the first to get senior management personnel must be aware of the importance of corporate culture, only got approved by management, to be able to let each grass-roots staff seriously to implement, make every employee in the daily life and work can be integrated into the corporate culture, to carry out the good enterprise culture.
