伯特兰•罗素(Bertrand Russell)是 20 世纪伟大的思想家，一生坚持独立思想，不懈创作，一生著述丰富、作品涵盖各个领域，并且都提出了自己独具创见性的思想，对于人类思想的进步做出了巨大贡献。本文主要围绕他对幸福观问题的一些看法进行论述，全文共分为五个部分：第一部分，主要介绍罗素幸福观形成、内容以及罗素的幸福观与功利主义的关系；第二部分，主要介绍的是影响幸福的外部环境，从罗素的作品中归纳得出，影响人们幸福的主要是社会竞争、战争、教育以及舆论的影响；第三部分，根据文章第二部分——影响人的幸福的外部环境得出本部分的内容，即通过良好的教育、制度的合理设置、社会文化的建设以及对战争地抵制来给人们创造一个和平的环境，为人们追求幸福创造条件；第四部分，对比一些思想家关于幸福的观点；第五部分，总结全文。

Bertrand Russell is a great mind in 20th century, and in all his lifetime he is an independent thinker and he writes abundant works which relate to separate field. Russell devotes himself in some original theories in each field, and makes a significant contribution to human mind. This paper mainly makes a research on his view of happiness and contains five sections. The first section introduces the content and formation of Russell’s view of happiness, and the relationship with the utilitarian of Russell’s view of happiness. The second section focuses on the impact of the external environment on happiness. The conditions are competitions, education, wars, and public opinions from Russell’s works. The third section focus on creating a series of external conditions for people by good education, a reasonably social systems, and harmoniously social culture and resisting of war, so that they can pursue their happiness. The forth section mainly compared to some thinkers ideas about happiness. The fifth section is a Conclusion of the paper.
