氯碱行业是中国的基础原材料产业,与国民经济的发展有着密切的关系,近些年来,随着国民经济的稳步前进,氯碱行业的发展势头迅猛,产能增长较快。 2008年金融危机后,氯碱行业新建、扩建的产能逐渐释放,但是行业的下游需求缓慢,整个行业的开工率出现下滑,产能出现严重过剩,导致氯碱产品的价格在低位徘徊。与此同时各个氯碱企业为了在行业竞争中获得优势,纷纷扩大规模,寻求掌控原材料资源,以此获得成本优势,氯碱行业的竞争趋于更加激烈。 中泰化学(集团)股份有限公司从事的是氯碱行业,公司的产品结构一直以来较为单一,在2008年的金融危机中公司的损失较大,虽在2009年有所恢复,但在当前产能过剩、行业激烈竞争和政策限制行业产能的情况下,公司靠单一的产品生产将面临较大的风险,给公司的可持续发展带来较大的不确定性。 随着中国西部大开发的深入,新疆煤电、煤化工规划纳入国家战略的政策的实行,以及中泰公司获得巨量煤炭资源的情况下,中泰公司需要重新审视一直以来的发展战略,抓住机遇,完善已有的战略,以适应不断变化的环境,实现公司的可持续发展。 本文以中泰公司为研究对象,对其在现阶段的宏观环境和企业自身的内部资源环境进行研究,运用PEST、波特五力和SWOT矩阵,分析在新形势下公司所面临的机遇、威胁和优劣势,从而识别出当前阶段公司应该抓住机遇,发挥自身所具有的能力,发展新型煤化工,实施多元化战略,改变公司过于单一的产品结构,增强公司抗风险能力,增加新的利润增长点,以此实现公司的跨越式发展。最后,笔者将提出该公司实施多元化战略需要考虑的风险和实施意见。本研究也可为中国具有丰富煤炭资源的其他大中型氯碱化工企业提供借鉴意义。

Chlor-alkali industry is a basic material industry, which has a close relation with the development of national economy. In recent years, with the development of national economy, Chlor-alkali industry develops rapidly as well as its production capacity.After 2008 financial crisis, while the newly built or expended production capacity of Chlor-alkali industry is released, the industry demand is growing slowly. The industry has a mild decline in operating rate and serious overcapacity, resulting in prices of Chlor-alkali industry wandering at low level. Meanwhile, enterprises seek to expend in size and control the upper resources in order to gain cost advantage in the competition. The industry competition is getting more fiercely.ZhongTai Chemical (Group) Co.,Ltd is a Chlor-alkali company. Its product structure is always single. The company had a serious loss in the financial crisis. Though recovered in 2009, it faced greater risks in the circumstance of excess production and fiercely competition, causing uncertainty to the development of the company.With china's western development carrying out and the implement of coal electricity and coal chemical industry planning as national strategy, and under the circumstances of obtaining large amount of coal resources, Zhongtai company should seize opportunities and adjust its strategy to adapt to the changing environments and achieve the sustainable development.This thesis chooses ZhongTai Company as research object to analyze the external and inner resource environment of the company. Through applying the PEST methods, Porter’s Five Forces Model and SWOT analysis, the thesis studies the opportunities and threats facing the company and its advantages and disadvantages. Then it points out that the company should seize the opportunities by changing its too much single product structure, developing new coal chemical industry, and carrying out diversified strategy to enhance its ability to resist risk and create new profit growth point. Only in this way can the company advance by leaps and bounds. Finally the writer put forward the risk factors and suggestion in the carrying out of diversified strategy. This research can also provide experiences for other large Chlor-alkali companies with abundant coal resources.
