本研究基于对福建省泉州市永春县的乡风文明建设调研成果，借鉴语言景观理论，以永春县东关镇外碧村等村庄的族谱家训景观为研究对象，考察在乡风文明建设过程中，这些作为语言景观展示的族谱家训体现出的公共场所话语与权力，并对乡风文明建设与族谱家训为代表的语言景观两者双向建构的过程与机制进行分析。一方面，族谱家训的展示目的、特点、方式等受到政策导向和社会文化环境的影响，是在外界因素和历史传统影响下进行的建构的社会行动；另一方面，族谱家训构成的语言景观影响着群体和个人不同层面的行为选择和意义理解，既可以成为个人身份界定的工具，也潜移默化地起着维护集体利益和长远发展的作用。乡风文明建设中的景观设计与展示作为一种基层社会治理的方式，其核心在于通过语言文字、图像等符号媒介，对国家、地方、宗族、家庭、个人等多重关系进行温和调节与适度平衡，推动形成促进地方发展和社会经济建设的合力。

This study is based on the research results of the construction of rural culture in Yongchun County, Quanzhou City, Fujian Province. Based on the theory of linguistic landscape, the author takes the landscape of genealogy in Waibi Village, Dongguan Town, Yongchun County as the research object.We will investigate the discourse and power in public places embodied in the genealogical family instruction as a display of language landscape in the process of rural civilization construction, and analyze the process and mechanism of the two-way construction of the local social and cultural environment and language landscape represented by the genealogical family instruction.On the one hand, the purpose, characteristics and ways of the display of genealogy and family instruction are influenced by the policy orientation and social and cultural environment, and they are social actions constructed under the influence of external factors and historical traditions.On the other hand, the linguistic landscape constituted by genealogy and family instruction influences the behavioral choices and meaning understanding of groups and individuals at different levels. It can not only serve as a tool to define individual identity, but also play an imperceptibly role in safeguarding collective interests and long-term development.The core of landscape design and display in the construction of rural civilization, as a generalized way, lies in the moderate adjustment and appropriate balance of multiple relationships among the state, local, clan, family and individual through language, images and other symbolic media, so as to promote the formation of a joint force to promote local development and social and economic construction.
