新媒体的不断发展,给纪录片内容生产和传播都带来了新的改变,与此同时,在国际交流日益频繁的今天,纪录片作为传播文化、塑造国家形象最直接的一种形式,越来越受到重视。因此,探索纪录片的国际传播便成为学界、业界共同关注的问题。
本文立足于当前的新媒体传播环境,通过对中国纪录片国际传播现状的分析,指出新媒体背景下我国纪录片在国际传播过程中存在的问题,并在这些问题的基础上进一步探索促进中国纪录片国际传播的策略。首先从新媒体、纪录片、国际传播等概念以及分析当前新媒体视域下中国纪录片的几种主要国际传播途径切入。接着重点分析了新媒体给纪录片带来的新改变,包括新媒体开拓了纪录片国际传播渠道、新媒体纪录片的产生及类型、传统纪录片的新媒体趋势等内容。之后指出新媒体背景下中国纪录片国际传播存在的问题,包括文化折扣带来的影响、纪录片质量良莠不齐、纪录片的国际传播市场开发不够完善、资金来源单一和盈利状况不佳等。最后在这些问题的基础上,提出了一些促进中国纪录片国际传播的策略,例如降低文化折扣、树立国际视野、搭建纪录片国际传播全产业链、新媒体与纪录片互动发展、借鉴国际纪录片传播的成功经验等。以期在新媒体背景下,对提升中国纪录片国际传播的广度和深度,提升中国文化的国际影响力有所裨益。

With the continuous development of new media, new changes have taken place in both content and communication in documentary. At the same time, with international communication increasingly frequent in our time, documentary, as the most direct form of communication culture and shape the national image, more and more be taken seriously. Therefore, to explore the international dissemination of documentaries has become a common concern of the academic and industry circles.
Based on the current new media environment, through analyzing the current situation of China documentary international communication, points out the problems in the process of international communication of China documentary under the background of new media,and on the basis of these problems to explore new ways to promote China documentary development in international communication. Firstly, we explain the concept of new media, documentary, international communication and introduce several major international communication ways of China documentary in the current new media background. Then analyzed the changes of new media brings to the documentary, including new media broaden the documentary international communication ways, the generation of new media documentaries and types of new media and traditional media development trend with new media etc. Besides, put forward some problems of China documentary in international communication under the background of new media, including the effects of cultural discount, documentary qualities, it is not exploit complete of documentary market in international communication, single source of funds and poor profit and so on. Finally, on the basis of these problems, put forward some strategies for promoting the international communication of China documentary. For example, set up the international field of vision, new media and documentary interactive development, draw lessons from the successful experience of the international documentary communication, reduce the cultural discount and build international communication strategies such as complete industrial chain. Maybe is helpful to enhance the breadth and depth of the international communication of China documentaries and to enhance the international influence of Chinese culture under the new media background.
