截至2013年，世界范围内有1730万儿童由于艾滋病失去他们的一方或双方父母。伴随着中国经济发展，政府为艾滋致孤儿童提供了更多的财政支持和政策优惠；另一方面，随着人们对艾滋病相关知识（如传播途径）的日益了解，渐渐改变了对艾滋病感染者及其家人的看法，贫穷和歧视可能不再是艾滋致孤儿童面临的主要压力。本研究关注艾滋致孤儿童在青少年阶段面临的主要压力，及压力下他们的应对方式、心理需求和情绪。采用孤儿院（河南省上蔡县阳光家园）工作人员推荐及志愿者报名的方式，筛选出22名艾滋致孤儿童，进行深度访谈。访谈内容为现阶段面临的主要压力、主要的应对方式、心理需求及体验到的情绪，得出以下结论：（1）被访艾滋致孤儿童面对的压力包含学业压力、自我认同压力、人际压力、身份相关压力及未来压力。（2）被访艾滋致孤儿童主要应对方式主要包含寻求社会支持、问题解决、情绪管理和消极调节。（3）被访艾滋致孤儿童主要的心理需求包含他人支持需求、情感需求、自主性需求及胜任力需求。（4）被访艾滋致孤儿童体验到的情绪主要包括快乐、伤心/难过、烦躁、生气、担心/害怕和平静。

By the end of 2013, there had been 173 million children who had lost one or both parents because of AIDS. With the development of Chinese economy, the government had invested much material and financial resources for the AIDS orphans. At the same time the spread of HIV/AIDS transmission routes and the development of antiviral treatment had changed people’s perceptions of HIV/AIDS. Maybe the poverty and the discrimination would no longer be the main stress of AIDS orphans.This study focus on the main pressures, coping skills, psychological needs, emotions of the AIDS orphans in the adolescent stage. Using the way of sunshine home staff and volunteers nominations, select 22 AIDS orphans for in-depth interviews. The interview includes the main pressure, coping skills, psychological needs and emotion faced by AIDS orphans at present. The conclusions were below:(1) The main pressures faced by the AIDS orphans are Academic, self-identity, interpersonal, ego related and the future pressure.(2)The ways in which the AIDS orphans copy are seeking social support, problem solving, emotional management, negative self-adjusting.(3)The psychological needs of the AIDS orphans are support, emotional needs, autonomy and competency.(4)The emotions experienced by the AIDS orphans are happiness, sad/upset, agitate, anger, worry/fear and calm.
