自十八届三中全会重点指出“创新社会治理”后，党的十九届四中全会再次强调“要加强和创新社会治理”。推进社会治理创新，成为当前构建我国社会主义和谐社会的重要任务和基本要求。伴随着我国社会工作发展逐渐步入专业化、规范化，在解决社会问题，维护社会和谐，创新社会治理进程中发挥着重要作用。但是以社会工作机构为典型等传统的社会组织，由于自身非营利的组织特征,主要收入来源以公益慈善捐赠、政府服务项目购买为主，正面临着财务不可持续的困境。

2006年社会企业引入国内，目前进入了快速发展的阶段。社会企业作为一种兼顾社会使命与经济使命的混合型组织，既可以解决社会问题又能保持自身可持续发展，这种创新模式逐渐得到社会各界的认可与赞同，为社会工作机构等社会组织转型提供了一种值得尝试的途径。因此，本研究结合中国社会背景，立足社会企业的混合特征，通过分析其社会绩效与经济绩效间的关系，进一步探究社会企业是否存在一定的组织优势，为社会工作机构转型提供理论与实证的借鉴，具有明确的研究意义。

本文通过分析2018年全国社会企业问卷调查的数据,研究社会企业社会—经济绩效的相关性及其相互影响,从而为非营利组织转型成社会企业，实现协调发展提供一些建议和思路。

通过数据分析，本研究得到以下结论：(1)社会企业的社会绩效与经济绩效之间存在显著的正相关关系；(2)我国社会企业的社会绩效与经济绩效之间存在双向的影响作用（正向影响），即社会绩效的增长会带来经济绩效的相应增长,同时经济绩效的增长会带来社会绩效的相应增长。

Social enterprises were introduced into China in 2006, and now they have entered a stage of rapid development. As a hybrid organization that takes into account social and economic missions, social enterprises can not only solve social problems but also maintain their own sustainable development. This innovative model is gradually recognized and approved by all sectors of society, transforming social organizations and other social organizations Provides a way worth trying. Therefore, this research combines the Chinese social background, based on the mixed characteristics of social enterprises, and analyzes the relationship between social performance and economic performance, further explores whether social enterprises have certain organizational advantages, and provides theoretical and empirical reference for the transformation of social work institutions , Has a clear research significance.

This article analyzes the data of the 2018 Chinese Social Enterprise Questionnaire Survey, and aims to study the relevance and mutual influence of social performance and economic performance of social enterprises, so as to provide some suggestions and ideas for non-profit organizations transformed into social enterprises to promote coordinated development.

Through data analysis, this study draws the following conclusions: (1) There is a significant positive correlation between social performance and economic performance of social enterprises; (2) There is a two-way causal relationship between social performance and economic performance of social enterprises in China ( positive impact), that is, the increase in social performance will bring a corresponding increase in economic performance, while the increase in economic performance will bring a corresponding increase in social performance.
