近年来,随着新高考政策的不断推进,高中生的生涯决策由原来的高三阶段前置到了现在的高一阶段,高一年级的学生需要从六门科目中选择三门作为自己的高考科目,而这三门科目又会直接影响他们以后填报高考志愿时能选择的大学和专业范围,在选择之前学生需要参考自己的能力、兴趣、优势、未来发展等因素从而做出决定。因此,如何帮助高一学生选择适合自己的科目以及提升生涯适应力成为了目前高中生生涯教育的重点。 本研究基于叙事生涯咨询设计了一套生涯辅导课程,并与学校原有的生涯辅导课程进行了对比。结果显示,实验组(n=50)的生涯适应力从干预前的(M=3.39,SD=0.31)提升至(M=4.21,SD=0.38)达到了显著水平(t=-18.892,p<0.001)。并且相比于对照组(n=48),其生涯适应力的提升更显著(t=12.172,p<0.001)。干预结束三个月后的追踪测结果显示,其生涯适应力总分并未显著下降(t=1.037,p=0.183),干预效果有良好的持续性。 本研究证明,基于叙事的生涯课程对高一学生的生涯适应力及其四个子维度均有显著提升效果;相比于传统的生涯课程,基于叙事的生涯课程对学生生涯适应力及子维度的提升更加显著;同时其干预效果能够在干预结束后的三个月时保持良好延续性。 |

In recent years, with the continuous promotion of the new college entrance examination policy, the career decision of high school students has been forwarded from the original senior high school stage to the current senior high school stage, and senior high school students need to choose three of the six subjects as their college entrance examination subjects, and these three subjects will directly affect the range of universities and majors they can choose when they fill out the college entrance examination later, Before choosing, students need to take into account their abilities, interests, strengths, future development and other factors to make a decision. Therefore, how to help senior students choose the right subjects and enhance their career adaptability has become the focus of career education for high school students. |
