价值观教育引导是培育和践行社会主义核心价值观的基本途径,也是新时代中国特色社会主义教育的本质要求,是培养时代新人的题中应有之义。学校仪式则是培育新时代爱国主义精神的重要实践路径之一。作为一种无处不在的学校文化符号,学校仪式在青少年价值观教育中发挥怎样的影响,值得研究者深思。以往的研究,或单独研究某一类学校仪式、某一个学校的仪式,或对学校仪式进行某一方面的综述,但却很少探究学校仪式何以可能,以及如何建构青少年价值观等深层次问题。 鉴于此,本研究旨在通过个案研究来探讨师生视角下学校的哪些仪式具有价值观教育的功能?学校仪式如何参与建构青少年的价值观?本研究借助维克多·特纳的仪式阈限理论,借鉴费尔克劳夫的以文本为中心的话语分析策略,选取S中学作为个案,通过观察、访谈、实物收集的方式收集资料,并对其进行类属分析和文本分析。 本研究发现学校仪式可以分为“两种状态转换的仪式”和“同一状态升华的仪式”两大类,这两类学校仪式均承载着价值观教育的功能,并主要发挥着象征性和标志性的作用。S中学借由学校仪式开展的价值观教育可以分为直接传递与间接传递两种形式。学校仪式在青少年价值观建构过程中的角色,是与课堂教学等行为系统相辅相成的。在学校仪式中,青少年获得了价值观在“认知与理解”、“情感与体验”方面的增进,并逐步呈现出一种由个人主义转向集体主义的趋势,但在价值观的“意愿与行动”方面则有待学校仪式与其他行为系统的共同强化。 |

The guidance of values education is the basic way to cultivate and practice socialist core values, it is also the essential requirement of socialist education with Chinese characteristics in the new era, and it is the proper meaning of the topic of cultivating new talents in the era. School rituals are one of the important practical paths for cultivating the spirit of patriotism in the new era. As a ubiquitous symbol of school culture, the influence of school rituals on the education of young people's values is worth pondering by researchers. Previous studies have either studied a certain type of school ritual, a certain school ritual, or reviewed a certain aspect of school ritual, but have rarely explored deep-seated issues such as how school ritual is possible to construct adolescent values. In view of this, this study aims to explore through case studies which rituals in schools have the function of values education from the perspective of teachers and students? How do school rituals contribute to the construction of youth values? This study draws on Victor Turner's Ritual Liminal Theory and Fairclough's text-centered discourse analysis strategy, selects S Middle School as a case, collects data through observation, interview, and physical collection, and analyzes it by categorization and textual analysis. This study found that school rituals can be divided into two categories: "Rituals for the Transformation of Two States" and "Rituals for the Sublimation of the Same State". Both types of school rituals carry the function of value education and mainly play a symbolic and iconic role. The value education carried out by the school rituals in S Middle School can be divided into two forms: Direct Transmission and Indirect Transmission. The role of school rituals in the construction of young people's values is complementary to other behavioral systems such as teaching system. In the school rituals, teenagers gained the enhancement of values in terms of "Cognition and Understanding", "Emotion and Experience", and gradually showed a trend from individualism to collectivism, but as for "Will and Action" of values, school rituals and other behavioral systems need to be reinforced together. |
