党的十八大以来,以习近平同志为核心的党中央高度重视党的新闻舆论工作,强调创新方法手段,切实提高新闻舆论传播力、引导力、影响力、公信力。深入研究红色微视频的思想政治教育功能既是应对当下主流媒体占领微视频主阵地、掌握舆论主导权的客观要求,也是立足于全媒体时代寻求思想政治教育与信息科技深度融合的现实需要。

红色微视频在思想政治教育活动中具有激励功能,主要表现在红色微视频的榜样激励、情感激活和思维培养三个方面。首先,红色微视频通过英雄人物激励、精神激励以及先进事迹三个维度,对教育对象展开全方位的榜样激励;其次,红色微视频通过增强感官体验、话语体验和情绪体验,不断拓宽教育对象的学习视野,提高政治素养,抒发爱国情怀,从而进一步发挥其中蕴含的情感激活功能;最后,红色微视频通过指导政策的灌输、先进文化的熏陶以及红色环境的营造,深入增强教育对象思维培养的内在动力,提升教育对象在红色文化滋养中的获得感。

红色微视频在思想政治教育活动中具有认同功能,主要表现在厚植家国情怀以构建国家认同、发扬民族传统以增强民族认同、坚定文化自信以促进文化认同、塑造政党形象以加强政治认同四个方面。其一,红色微视频以英雄人物的家国情怀、伟大复兴的光明前景、爱国主义教育的浓厚氛围为教育对象传递家国情怀;其二,红色微视频用宣传民族团结、弘扬民族精神、继承优良传统来促进教育对象对民族的根本认同;其三,红色微视频以宣传时代成就、融通古今文化、传播主流文化来提升教育对象的文化认同;其四,红色微视频以宣传中国共产党执政能力、中国共产党理想信念、党员干部的公仆身份三个层面针对性的培养各种教育对象的政治认同。

红色微视频在思想政治教育活动中具有导向功能,主要表现在政治导向、思想导向和行为导向三个维度。首先,红色微视频通过引领社会意识形态、实现官媒政治权威、提升人才政治素养三个维度来实现对教育对象正确的政治导向;其次,红色微视频通过宣扬思想道德、宣传理想信念、灌输人生价值来实现对教育对象实施积极的思想导向;最后,红色微视频通过实施社会动员、促进政治参与、鼓励行为效仿来实现对教育对象科学的行为导向。

红色微视频思想政治教育功能的优化路径根据激励功能、认同功能、导向功能三个维度来实现。其一,从提升创作者政治素养、运用新媒体技术赋能和创新微视频叙事手法是红色微视频稳定发挥激励功能的前提所在;其二,发挥主流媒体主阵地作用、发挥地方媒体推手作用以及发挥自媒体助力作用是红色微视频得以广泛传播并且发挥认同功能的关键所在;其三,完善不同传播平台的传播规则、提高对红色微视频的审核力度和加强对红色微视频的传播反馈是红色微视频发挥科学的导向功能的保障所在;其四,积极推动红色微视频资源的开发工作、加强红色微视频功能研究的队伍建设和建立权威红色微视频育人的研究机构是加强红色微视频育人研究机制、开发和应用红色微视频功能的基础所在。

Deeply studying the ideological and political education function of red micro videos is not only an objective requirement to cope with the current mainstream media occupying the main battlefield of micro videos and mastering the dominant power of public opinion, but also a practical need to seek the deep integration of ideological and political education and information technology in the era of all media.

Red micro videos have motivational functions in ideological and political education activities, mainly manifested in three aspects: role model motivation, emotional activation, and thinking cultivation. Firstly, red micro videos provide comprehensive role model motivation to educational targets through three dimensions: hero motivation, spiritual motivation, and advanced deeds; Secondly, red micro videos continuously broaden the learning horizons of educational subjects, improve political literacy, express patriotism, and further unleash the emotional activation function contained in them by enhancing sensory experience, discourse experience, and emotional experience; Finally, through the indoctrination of guiding policies, the cultivation of advanced culture, and the creation of a red environment, red micro videos deeply enhance the intrinsic motivation of educational objects to cultivate their thinking, and enhance their sense of gain in the nourishment of red culture.

Red micro videos have an identity function in ideological and political education activities, mainly manifested in four aspects: cultivating patriotism to build national identity, promoting ethnic traditions to enhance national identity, strengthening cultural confidence to promote cultural identity, and shaping the image of political parties to strengthen political identity. Firstly, red micro videos use the patriotic sentiments of heroic figures, the beautiful prospects of great rejuvenation, and the strong atmosphere of patriotic education as educational objects to convey patriotism; Secondly, red micro videos promote national unity, promote national spirit, and inherit fine traditions to promote the fundamental identification of educational objects with the nation; Thirdly, red micro videos aim to promote the achievements of the times, integrate ancient and modern culture, and spread mainstream culture to enhance the cultural identity of educational objects; Fourth, the red micro video aims to cultivate the political identity of various educational objects in three aspects: promoting the ruling ability of the CPC, the ideals and beliefs of the CPC, and the public servant status of party members and cadres.

Red micro videos have guiding functions in ideological and political education activities, mainly manifested in three dimensions: political orientation, ideological orientation, and behavioral orientation. Firstly, red micro videos achieve the correct political orientation of educational targets through three dimensions: leading social ideology, achieving political authority of official media, and cultivating professional political talents; Secondly, red micro videos promote ideological and moral values, ideals and beliefs, and instill life values to achieve positive ideological guidance for educational objects; Finally, red micro videos achieve a scientific behavioral orientation for educational objects by implementing social mobilization, promoting political participation, and encouraging behavior imitation.

The optimization path of the ideological and political education function of red micro videos is achieved based on three dimensions: incentive function, identification function, and guidance function. Firstly, enhancing the political literacy of creators, empowering them with new media technologies, and innovating micro video narrative techniques are the prerequisites for the stable and motivating function of red micro videos; Secondly, the key to the widespread dissemination and recognition function of red micro videos lies in leveraging the main role of mainstream media, leveraging the driving force of local media, and leveraging the assistance of self media; Third, improving the communication rules of different communication platforms, improving the review of red micro videos and strengthening the communication feedback of red micro videos are the guarantee for red micro videos to play a scientific guiding function; Fourthly, actively promoting the development of red micro video resources, strengthening the team building of red micro video function research, and establishing authoritative research institutions for red micro video education are the foundation for strengthening the research mechanism of red micro video education, developing and applying red micro video functions.
