互联网时代,移动翻译产品成为了解决语言翻译问题的重要工具,为响应人们对语言翻译和学习的需求,本论文选择翻译工具类APP产品作为研究对象。从用户体验的角度,对产品的设计进行讨论,旨在为翻译工具类APP的产品设计提供新思路和新视角。 首先,本论文在移动工具类产品的领域内将翻译工具类APP产品定义为“利用移动设备提供便捷性语言翻译的功能型产品”,对翻译工具类产品便携性、碎片化和个性化的产品特点进行总结。采用横向对比的方法,将三类语言学习类APP产品和翻译工具类APP产品进行对比,总结翻译工具类APP产品自身的特征。整理相关文献,提炼用户体验领域目前较为成熟的定义、内容和评估标准。按照以人为本,以用户为中心的用户体验研究方法,对翻译工具类APP的用户进行研究,研究包括:问卷调研研究和用户访谈研究。在问卷调研研究阶段,共收集到484份有效问卷,通过问卷整理,对用户使用翻译工具类APP的频率、场景、动机、功能、持续使用和放弃使用的原因进行了分析,总结当下用户对产品的具体需求,基于用户产品需求和使用习惯划分用户层级,建立用户画像,对翻译工具类APP用户的心理和行为特征进行总结,明确了用户在使用产品过程中追求自我提升、注重互动体验和多感官信息反馈的体验要素,洞悉互联网时代下用户对翻译工具类APP产品的具体要求。在用户访谈研究阶段,从提交问卷的484名用户中筛选出其中24名用户进行了深度访谈。结合扎根理论,整理访谈资料,对翻译工具类APP用户需求进行数据编码分析,得到产品搭载服务、产品界面设计、产品社区构建、持续使用意愿和产品使用体验五个范畴,构建出翻译工具类APP用户需求理论模型。最后,结合以上研究结果,对翻译工具类APP产品设计目前还存在的产品缺乏明确定位、功能结构混乱和用户转化率不高三点不足之处进行了总结。 其次,通过四个维度的筛选条件,对市面上已有的翻译工具类APP进行筛选,确定最有代表性的五款翻译工具类APP进行竞品分析,对界面设计进行评价。采用眼动实验的方法对产品界面设计进行研究,收集到16名被试浏览五款翻译工具类APP产品翻译界面和14名被试浏览五款翻译工具类APP主界面的眼动数据。通过热力图分析用户注意力分布,以总注视时间、平均注视时间、注视点个数、首次注视时间和瞳孔直径作为评价指标,使用熵权法和层次分析法对数据进行处理,通过综合权重得出界面设计排序,结合眼动数据对排序产生的原因进一步分析,对五款产品界面设计体验优化方向进行讨论。采用李克特量表对五款翻译工具类APP产品界面设计进行满意度测评,收集到17名用户的反馈数据,从用户体验的感官体验、交互体验和情感体验三个角度,对五款产品进行比较。 最后,基于以上研究结果,从产品定位和功能结构设计两个角度为翻译工具类APP产品设计提出有助于提升翻译工具类产品用户满意度、用户粘性和产品竞争力的设计策略和创新探索,对该类型产品未来发展趋势做出预测。翻译工具类APP产品拥有庞大的用户群体,本论文在理论方面,以用户体验研究的视角对翻译工具类APP产品设计进行了讨论,提供了数据支持和理论猜想,填补了这一领域的空白。在实践方面,能够指导产品设计师从用户体验的角度思考并完善产品设计,拓展了互联网相似类型产品的研究和设计思路。 |

In the Internet era, mobile translation products have become an important tool to solve language translation problems. In order to respond to people's demand for language translation and learning, this paper chooses translation tool APP products as the research object. This paper discusses product design from the perspective of user experience, aiming to provide new ideas and perspectives for product design of translation tool APP. First of all, in the field of mobile tool products, this paper defines translation tool APP products as "functional products that provide convenient language translation with mobile devices", and summarizes the product characteristics of portability, fragmentation and individuation of translation tool products. The horizontal comparison method is adopted to compare three kinds of language learning APP products with translation tool APP products, and summarize the characteristics of translation tool APP products. Summarize relevant literature and extract the current mature definition, content and evaluation criteria of user experience field. According to the people-oriented and user-centered user experience research method, users of translation tool apps are studied, including questionnaire research and user interview research. Collected in the questionnaire survey research phase, a total of 484 valid questionnaires, through the questionnaire, the frequency of the use of translation tools APP to users, scene, motivation, function, and abandon the use of the continuous use of reason is analyzed, summarizes the specific needs of the users of products, products based on user needs and habits to differentiate user level, build user portrait, The psychological and behavioral characteristics of users of translation tool apps are summarized, and the experience elements of users' pursuit of self-improvement, emphasis on interactive experience and multi-sensory information feedback in the process of using products are clarified, and the specific requirements of users for translation tool apps in the Internet era are understood. In the user interview research stage, 24 users were selected from 484 users who submitted questionnaires for in-depth interviews. In combination with grounded theory, interview data are sorted out and data coding analysis is conducted on user needs of translation tool APPS. Five categories, namely, product carrying service, product interface design, product community construction, willingness to continue using and product use experience, are obtained to build a theoretical model of user needs of translation tool apps. Finally, combined with the above research results, this paper summarizes the three deficiencies in the product design of translation tool APP, namely, the lack of clear product positioning, chaotic functional structure and low user conversion rate. Secondly, the existing translation tool apps on the market are screened through four dimensions of screening conditions, and the five most representative translation tool apps are selected for competitive analysis and interface design evaluation. The method of eye movement experiment was used to study the product interface design, and the eye movement data of 16 subjects browsing the product translation interface of five translation tool apps and 14 subjects browsing the main interface of five translation tool apps were collected. User attention distribution, through the analysis of the heat map to total fixation time, the average fixation time, fixation point number, fixation time and pupil diameter for the first time as evaluation index, using the entropy weight method and analytic hierarchy process (ahp) to deal with data, through the comprehensive weighted ranking, interface design with the eye movement data for further analysis of the causes of the sorting, The optimization direction of interface design experience of five products is discussed. Likert scale was used to evaluate the satisfaction of interface design of five translation tool apps, and feedback data from 17 users were collected. The five products were compared from three perspectives of user experience: sensory experience, interactive experience and emotional experience. Finally, based on the above research results, from the perspectives of product positioning and functional structure design, design strategies and innovative exploration are proposed to improve user satisfaction, user engagement and product competitiveness of translation tool APP products, and the future development trend of this type of products is predicted. Translation tool APP products have a large user group. In terms of theory, this paper discusses the design of translation tool APP products from the perspective of user experience research, provides data support and theoretical conjecture, and fills the gap in this field. In practice, it can guide product designers to think and improve product design from the perspective of user experience, and expand the research and design ideas of similar products on the Internet. |
