全球变化问题已成为当前国际社会关注的热点话题，大学作为教育的中坚力量，对可持续发展具有维护的义务。台湾教育部门于2007年启动绿色大学发展计划，各大高校纷纷响应，从软件管理到硬件设施、从教学研究到课外活动等多方面努力践行绿色理念。2009年台湾地区选出了十三所绿色成绩斐然的“绿色大学示范校”，这些高校将绿色理念与校园建设、高等教育等结合得较好，有一定的代表性和借鉴意义，因此本论文将从环境管理、教育教学、科学研究、校园文化、社会服务五个方面对台湾的绿色大学进行分析，以这十三所绿色大学示范校为例，归纳总结出台湾绿色大学的成功经验和不足之处，以供今后学习和研究。

Global changing has become a hot topic in current international community. Universities may be amenable to safeguard sustainable development. Taiwan education department started the plan for constructing green university in 2007. Then lots of campuses began to put green concept into practice in many respects. In the year of 2009 Taiwan selected thirteen Green Universities that had outstanding performance in promoting sustainable development. These universities combine campus construction and higher education with green concept very well. They can play a model role for others. This study will analyse the construction of Taiwan green university in environmental management, education and teaching, scientific research, campus culture and community service. It will take the thirteen Green Universities for example to conclude both the advantages and disadvantages for future studies.
