2023年10月,全国宣传思想文化工作会议在京召开,首次提出习近平文化思想,全面总结新时代党领导文化建设的实践经验,为我们做好出版工作和肩负起新的文化使命提供根本遵循和行动指南。习近平总书记在二十大报告中指出,要推进文化自信自强,铸就社会主义文化新辉煌;要全面贯彻党的教育方针,加快建设高质量教育体系。出版作为文化生产和文明传承的重要手段,堪当大任。出版学科建设有利于文化强国、出版强国、教育强国目标实现。出版学教材建设是出版学科建设的基础性工程,重要而迫切。高质量的出版学教材体系建设,符合习近平文化思想的实践要求,符合习近平总书记构建中国特色哲学社会科学学科体系、学术体系、话语体系要求,符合出版业“十四五”时期高质量发展主题,也符合教育部提出的新文科建设期待。

在我国近现代出版业发展的同时,出版学高等教育也逐渐得以开展,但是直到20世纪80年代才逐步走向现代化、科学化。而出版学教材的萌芽、成长及融合发展与出版学科的命运紧密相连。出版学教材萌芽于民国时期,教材建设真正发轫于20世纪80年代,因此国内有关研究也是自20世纪80年代以来整体呈上升趋势。基于出版学教材的研究大部分是从微观视角和中观视角出发,聚焦在教材的内容、教材的逻辑、教材的理论基础以及教材的编写机制等方面,这些为出版学教材的进一步研究提供良好的借鉴和基础。但是,单本著作或者单篇论文论述出版学教材建设的并不多,多是融合在不同时代出版整体发展、出版学科建设和出版学高等教育发展等相关研究中。教材建设所面临的疑难而迫切的问题,需要做进一步的探析,并且对于教材建设策略的研究还需进一步系统化和全面化。

由此本研究以联机公共目录检索系统(Online Public Access Catalogues,主要包括中国国家图书馆、超星读秀中文学术搜索、中国高等教育文献保障系统等)为主要检索工具,兼之当当、京东、孔夫子旧书网、豆瓣及相关教材售卖平台采集出版学相关教材出版信息,统计教材出版时间、出版单位情况、作者情况等,查询教材目录与内容简介,并在网络零售平台和出版机构网站查找是否有相应的数字教材及相关教学资源。通过对我国出版学教材发展史的梳理、现状的分析,得出我国教材建设的特点和成就。得益于坚持马克思主义出版观的正确导向以及建强出版学科的目标引领,我国出版学教材建设与时代发展同行,勇于进行理论实践的探索与创新,将中国特色出版学构建的逻辑依凭和守正出新的学科研究作为教材建设的内生性力量,取得阶段性成果。但是,出版学教材建设存在几个突出问题,具体表现为出版学教材组织化不足、教材建设层级不清、教材产学研互动不够、高水平教材缺位、数字化教材缺乏等。这就需要“政产学研用”多方合作,构建协同高效的出版学系列教材建设管理工作机制;统筹出版学本、硕、博系列教材建设,打造数字教材新形态;完善出版学知识体系建设,夯实教材内容根基等,以构建一流的出版学学科体系、学术体系、话语体系的教材建设为主线,以教育部教育质量评估指标为参照,做好中国特色出版学系列教材建设。

In October 2023, the National Conference on Propaganda, Ideology and Culture was held in Beijing, which put forward Xi Jinping's cultural thought for the first time, comprehensively summarized the Party's practical experience in leading cultural construction in the new era, and provided a fundamental guideline for us to do a good job of publishing work . General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out in the report of the 20th National Congress that it is necessary to promote cultural self-confidence and self-improvement, and to forge a new splendor of socialist culture; it is necessary to comprehensively implement the Party's education policy, and to accelerate the construction of a high-quality education system. Publishing, as an important means of cultural production and civilization transmission, is a great responsibility. The construction of publishing discipline is conducive to the realization of the goals of a strong cultural country, a strong publishing country and a strong educational country. Publishing textbook construction is the basic project of publishing discipline construction, which is important and urgent. The construction of high-quality publishing textbook system is in line with the requirements of General Secretary Xi Jinping to build a discipline system, academic system and discourse system of philosophical and social sciences with Chinese characteristics, in line with the theme of high-quality development of the publishing industry in the 14th Five-Year Plan period, and in line with the expectations of the Ministry of Education for the construction of new liberal arts.

In the development of modern publishing industry in China, publishing education was gradually carried out, but it was not until the 1980s that it was gradually modernized and scientifically developed. However, it was not until the 1980s that publishing education was gradually modernized. The germination, growth and integration of publishing textbooks are closely related to the fate of the publishing discipline. Publishing textbooks sprouted in the Republic of China, and the construction of textbooks really began in the 1980s, so the domestic research has been on the rise since the 1980s. Most of the researches based on publishing textbooks are from micro perspective and meso perspective, focusing on the content of textbooks, logic of textbooks, theoretical basis of textbooks and the mechanism of textbook writing, etc. These provide good reference and foundation for further research on publishing textbooks. However, there are not many single books or papers on the construction of publishing textbooks, which are mostly integrated in the overall development of publishing, the construction of publishing disciplines and the development of higher education in publishing in different times. The difficult and urgent problems faced by textbook construction need to be further analyzed, and the research on textbook construction strategies needs to be further systematized and comprehensive.

Therefore, this study uses the Online Public Access Catalogues , which mainly includes the National Library of China, Superstar Academic Search, and China Higher Education Literature Guarantee System as the main search tool, and collects the publishing information of teaching materials from Dangdang, Jingdong, Kongfuzi, Douban, and other related teaching materials selling platforms. In addition, we use bibliometric method to count the publication time, publishing units, authors, etc., query the catalogs and contents of the textbooks, and find out whether there are corresponding digital teaching materials and related teaching resources on online retail platforms and websites of publishing organizations. Through sorting out the history of the development of China's publishing textbooks and analyzing the current situation, the characteristics and achievements of China's textbook construction have been concluded. Thanks to the correct orientation of adhering to the Marxist view of publishing and the goal of building a strong publishing discipline, the construction of China's publishing textbooks has walked in step with the development of the times, and has been brave enough to carry out theoretical and practical explorations and innovations, and has taken the logical basis of constructing a publishing discipline with Chinese characteristics and the disciplinary research on observing the right thing and keeping up with the new thing as the endogenous force of textbook construction. The logical basis for the construction of publishing with Chinese characteristics and the study of the discipline of observing the right and innovating are the endogenous forces for the construction of teaching materials, which have made milestone achievements. However, there are several outstanding problems in the construction of teaching materials for publishing, which include insufficient organization of teaching materials for publishing, unclear hierarchy of teaching materials construction, insufficient interaction of teaching materials with the industry, lack of high-level teaching materials and digital teaching materials, etc. It is necessary for the "government, industry and research institutes" to establish and develop the teaching materials for publishing. This requires the cooperation of the government, industry, academia, research and application to build a coordinated and efficient management mechanism for the construction and management of publishing textbooks; to coordinate the construction of publishing textbooks for undergraduate, master and doctoral degree, and to create a new form of digital textbooks; to improve the construction of the publishing knowledge system, and to consolidate the content of the textbooks. In order to build a first-class publishing discipline system, academic system and discourse system, the main line of teaching materials construction, with the Ministry of Education's education quality assessment indicators as a reference, to do a good job in the construction of publishing series of teaching materials with Chinese characteristics.
