民俗生活作为民俗舞蹈发展的现实基础，又是民俗文化的根基，民俗舞蹈是民俗文化的重要组成部分。据了解，延边地区朝鲜族是一个从朝鲜半岛迁移过来，民俗文化丰富多彩的民族。在分析朝鲜族民俗生活与民俗舞蹈联系的基础上，结合个人实践晚会《寻朝》中具体作品，通过田野调查和文献考据等多种研究方法，阐明如何通过艺术创作手段将朝鲜族民俗舞蹈呈现在舞台之上。

本文从延边地区朝鲜族民俗生活与民俗舞蹈之间的联系作为切入点，将文章划分为三个部分，文章第一部分，分析朝鲜族民俗生活特征，对朝鲜族民俗生活以及民俗背景进行阐述，再梳理民俗舞蹈的基本特征、最后分析朝鲜族民俗生活对朝鲜族舞蹈的影响以及二者之间的联系；文章第二部分，分析在朝鲜族民俗舞蹈创作过程中发现的具体问题，在个人实践作品中论述民俗生活与民俗二者之间的密不可分，不仅体现在从生活化动作语言的转换和通过调度传达情感，以及体现在服饰道具等对朝鲜族民俗舞蹈本身的辅助作用；文章第三部分发现朝鲜族民俗舞蹈创作来源于生活，朝鲜族民俗舞蹈是对劳作的艺术创作的集中表达，因此对朝鲜族民俗舞蹈创作进行了新思考。
