抑郁作为一种常见的、有碍身心健康的情绪障碍已成为影响学生生活和学习的主要心理障碍之一。由于学历层次劣势、享受教育资源劣势、社会观念、生源质量等原因,高职学生往往面临更多来自环境、就业、人际关系等方面的压力,暴露出种种情绪障碍及心理健康问题,关注他们的抑郁状况及影响因素是现实的需要,也具有理论研究的价值。
本文采用《父母教养方式问卷》、《情绪调节自我效能感量表》、《情绪调节量表》、《自评抑郁量表》为研究工具,在北京某高职院校三个校区抽取392名学生,对高职生情绪调节自我效能感、情绪调节策略和抑郁的特点进行分析。构建中介模型,采用bootstrap方法对情绪调节自我效能感和情绪调节策略在高职生家庭教养方式与抑郁之间的中介作用进行了检验,结果显示:
(1)抑郁成为高职生群体中普遍存在的心理问题。高职生的情绪调节自我效能感和情绪调节策略存在着显著的性别差异。女生在表达快乐/兴奋情绪效能感、表达自豪情绪效能感上高于男生;男生在管理生气/愤怒情绪效能感、管理沮丧/痛苦情绪效能感上显著高于女生。在情绪调节策略方面,女生的认知重评策略和表达抑制策略均低于男生。
(2)抑郁、情绪调节自我效能感、情绪调节策略、家庭教养方式各维度之间存在显著的相关关系。
(3)情绪调节自我效能感和情绪调节策略在家庭教养方式与抑郁的关系之间起多重中介作用。表达积极情绪效能感在积极家庭教养方式与抑郁之间起简单中介作用;表达积极情绪效能感与认知重评策略在积极家庭教养方式与抑郁之间起链式中介作用;管理消极情绪效能感与认知重评策略在积极家庭教养方式与抑郁之间起链式中介作用。
研究表明,抑郁在高职生群体中已成为一种较为普遍的心理问题。由于基础教育层次不同,接受心理健康教育的基础差异,职业院校偏重专业技能教育等种种原因,高职生在面对负面情绪时,较少有机会在专业心理教师的帮助和指导下进行有效情绪调节,易受负性情绪和负性事件的持续影响。
因此,本研究提示,高职院校教师和高职生家长都应该时常关注学生的情绪状态,给予他们更多的关心和帮助。学生的生活和成长环境中,积极的家庭教养氛围十分必要。校方在对学生进行心理健康帮助和情绪辅导时,应寻求家长们的配合,指导家长为学生创建积极温暖家庭环境。同时,学校方面可以将情绪调节策略、情绪管理等内容纳入心理健康教育课程,使学生认识并了解情绪调节,帮助他们提高自己对于情绪控制的信心,使学生在面对负面情绪时能够使用积极的情绪调节方式对负性情绪进行调节。

Depression, as a common mental disorder that hinders physical and mental health, has become one of the major psychological barriers that affect students' physical and mental health and learning. Higher vocational education shoulders the mission of cultivating highly skilled talents for the first line of production, construction, service and management. Because of many reasons, vocational college students often face emotional disorders and mental health problems. So studying in their status and influencing factors of depression is the realistic need, and has a theoretical research value.
This paper used "parenting style questionnaire", "Emotion regulation self-efficacy scale", "Emotion regulation scale", "Self-rating Depression Scale" as research tools, and selected 392 samples from a vocational college which has tree campus located in different places. The results are as follows.
(1) The problem of depression is common. Gender shows a significant impact on emotion regulation self-efficacy and emotion regulation strategies.
(2) There was a significant correlation between depression, emotion regulation self-efficacy, emotion regulation strategy and parenting style.
(3) Positive emotional efficacy and cognitive reappraisal strategies tend to play a multiple mediating role between parenting styles and depression.
The results show that depression has become a common psychological problem in the higher vocational students. In facing of negative emotions, there is less opportunity to conduct effective emotional regulation with the help and guidance of professional psychological teachers, which is vulnerable to the continuous influence of negative emotions and negative events. Teachers and parents of vocational college students should always pay attention to students' emotional state and give them more care and help. It is very necessary for school to seek cooperation with parents and teach them to create a positive and warm family environment for students. Schools can also teach emotion regulation and emotion management lessons to make the students know and understand the emotion regulation, and help them to improve their emotional control and adjust ability of confidence.
