近年来我国开展了第二次青藏高原科学考察,道路情况在与各个国家、地区的联通中起到了至关重要的作用,分析西藏边境地区的道路情况,能够了解该地区的交通改善方向。西藏边境地区的交通发展,不仅面临地广人稀、建设成本高等困难,而且还面临一定的边境争议,需要从战略竞争角度考虑交通规划建设。本文针对西藏边境地区的道路密度、可达性、人口密度、人均拥有道路长度进行分析和评价,发现由于研究区地形要素过于复杂,道路分布受地形影响程度很深,这就导致了各指标的分布趋势几乎都与地势起伏趋势保持一致。总的来说,西藏边境地区道路稀疏,道路密度低,呈现南多北少的分布趋势,人口密度分布与道路密度分布一致。将2015年的道路密度分布与2021年的道路密度分布进行对比,可以发现西藏边境地区整体的道路密度有明显提高,道路建设水平有较大的提升。总体上来讲,西藏边境地区道路建设水平低,是该地区未来发展经济与外界联通的一大劣势,该地区的交通设施建设可成为未来的重点建设方向。

In recent years, China has carried out the second scientific expedition to Qinghai-Tibet Plateau, and the road situation plays a crucial role in the connection with countries and regions. People can understand the direction of transportation improvement in the region by analyzing the road situation in the border area of Tibet. The development of transportation in the border areas of Tibet not only faces the difficulties of extensive land and high construction cost, but also faces certain border controversies, which require the consideration of transportation planning and construction from the perspective of strategic competition. This paper analyzes and evaluates road density, accessibility, population density, and road length per capita in the border areas of Tibet, and finds that the distribution of roads is greatly influenced by the overly complex topographic elements in the study area, and the distribution trends of each indicator are almost always consistent with the trends of terrain undulation. Roads in the border areas of Tibet are sparse and road density is low. The road density is more in the South than in the north, and the distribution of population density is consistent with the distribution of road density. Comparing the road density distribution in 2015 with that in 2021, it is found that the overall road density in the border areas of Tibet has improved significantly, and the road construction level is improving significantly. In general, the low level of road construction in the border areas of Tibet is a major disadvantage in the future development of the economy of the region and the connection with the outside world, and the transportation facilities in the region can become a key construction direction in the future.
