本文以邵婷在2017-2018年中国女子篮球联赛中快攻数据作为研究对象采用文献资料法、录像观察法、数理统计法进行研究。针对发动快攻的时机与得分区域、快攻移动路线、快攻次数与得分进行分析。得出以下结论：（1）这次四强赛之中，快攻次数最多的当属北京女篮，善于发现并抓住快攻机会，整体打法也都比较快，其快攻次数高达32次，在四强队伍之中是最多的，快攻次数越多，这支球队的整体水平就越高，同样是这个球队整体水平高和战术系统完善的表现。（2）邵婷在四强赛中主要以抢断球的方式发起快速进攻，说明这是一个发起进攻的重要手段。（3）对于快攻的进攻区域统计来看，所有的进攻都在5区域发起，即篮下禁区内，多以上篮为主，中投次数不多且成功率不高，在训练时应该增加这一方面的内容，增加进球的可能性。（4）在快攻路线方面，多在A区进行推进，教练在日常训练时也可以参照这一点进行针对性训练。
