选用B73为实验材料,采用砂培法探究根际细菌Variovorax paradoxus 5C-2调控玉米耐盐性的生理基础。以是否接种根际细菌与不同盐浓度(0、150mmol/L)为条件设置实验组,观察玉米幼苗生长过程中的长势变化,通过测定玉米干重、鲜重、含水量,耐盐系数,离子(K+、Na+、Mg2+、P、Ca2+)含量等生理指标探究Variovorax. paradoxus 5C-2对玉米耐盐性的作用。我们可以得出这样的论点:本实验用菌根际细菌Variovorax. paradoxus 5C-2可以促进玉米幼苗的生长发育,会降低Na+离子含量,增加Ca2+、K+、Mg2+、P离子含量,从而缓解盐胁迫对玉米幼苗的抑制作用,进而促进玉米干物质的积累。该研究进一步表明了根际细菌V. paradoxus 5C-2对玉米幼苗生长发育及耐盐性的促进作用,可以为未来进一步研究V. paradoxus 5C-2对玉米生长的促进机制提供前提条件,并为V. paradoxus 5C-2应用于玉米生产提供理论依据。
外文摘要:
In order to research the physiological basis of which the rhizosphere bacteria Variovorax paradoxus 5C-2 regulates maize’s salt tolerance, the researchers use sand culture method, select the B73 species and set the experimental groups based on whether or not rhizosphere bacteria was inoculated and the maize grows in different concentration gradient . By observing the growth changes of maize seedlings and measuring some physiological indexes, such as fresh and dry weight, stem height,water content ,STI, ion(K+、Na+、Mg2+、P、Ca2+) accumulation and etc , then the role of V. paradoxus 5C-2 playing on corn’s salt tolerance could be studied. It could be concluded that V. paradoxus 5C-2 could promote the growth and development of maize seedlings, could increase the accumulation of K+、Mg2+、P、Ca2+,and decrease the accumulation of Na+,reduce the influence of salt stress on growth and development of maize ,then increase the the fresh weight and dry weight . In the study ,we proves that V. paradoxus 5C-2 has the ability to promote the growth and improve the salt tolerance of maize seedlings. In addition, it provides the precondition for future research on the promotion mechanism of which V. paradoxus 5C-2 influences corn’s growth, and the theory basis where V. paradoxus 5C-2 is applied to production.
