当下随着我国的经济快速发展,教育改革政策上的不断变更与开放,应时代需求全中国迅速涌现出各类教育培训机构。芭蕾舞蹈培训作为一种特殊且小众的舞蹈培训形式,也成为了舞蹈培训产业发展的重要组成部分,芭蕾进入中国将近百年,芭蕾的发展一直是与职业化相关,而如今随着芭蕾的受众群体不断扩大,芭蕾普及教育也迎来了春天。目前我国的舞蹈产业具备较大的发展空间和发展潜力,芭蕾舞培训在舞蹈培训市场中发挥着重要的作用。近些年来,公众逐渐意识到芭蕾训练有着重要的作用,也越来越重视这一方面对自身的投资。并且由于北京的舞蹈培训行业的发展在国内处于较为成熟的阶段,存在着诸多的优势,这些优势促进了本行业的进一步发展。但随着公众需求的不断攀升以及国家政策上的推动,芭蕾舞蹈机构也面临一些问题与威胁,同时也经受着竞争对手大幅增加所带来的挑战。本文希望研究之后提出的建议与对策能够逐步改善、解决现阶段所存在的问题,进而充分发挥芭蕾舞蹈的教育推广作用。而通过研究得出一系列结论,如机构营销手段不足、管理职能缺失、品牌打造力度不足。给出的建议是增加宣传途径、加强品牌形象打造力度,实行差异化战略、施行集中化战略。下午通过亦心芭蕾舞机构的SWOT分析的内容可以对其他成人芭蕾机构提供经验和帮助。 |

With the rapid development of China's economy and the continuous changes and opening-up of education reform policies, various types of education and training institutions have rapidly emerged in China in response to the needs of the times. Ballet dance training, as a special and niche form of dance training, has also become an important component of the development of the dance training industry. Ballet has been in China for nearly a century, and its development has always been related to professionalization. Nowadays, with the continuous expansion of the audience of ballet, ballet education has also ushered in spring. At present, China's dance industry has significant development space and potential, and ballet training plays an important role in the dance training market. In recent years, the public has gradually realized the important role of ballet training and has attached increasing importance to investing in oneself in this area. And because the development of Beijing's dance training industry is in a relatively mature stage in China, there are many advantages that promote the further development of this industry. However, with the continuous increase in public demand and the promotion of national policies, ballet dance institutions are also facing some problems and threats, as well as facing challenges brought by a significant increase in competitors. This article hopes that the suggestions and countermeasures proposed after the research can gradually improve and solve the current problems, and then fully leverage the educational and promotional role of ballet dance. Through research, a series of conclusions have been drawn, such as insufficient institutional marketing methods, lack of management functions, and insufficient brand building efforts. The suggestions given are to increase publicity channels, strengthen brand image building efforts, implement differentiation strategies, and implement centralization strategies. The content analyzed through SWOT of Yixin Ballet in the afternoon can provide experience and assistance to other adult ballet institutions. |
