本論文是專人專書的個案研究。文章的第一部分主要探討了吳師道的生平及學術思想，論證了吳師道是金華朱學的一個關鍵人物，他繼承了金華朱學（尤其是許謙）由理學而訓詁而文學的學術傳統，並在這一轉變中發揮著重要的作用。文章的第二部分主要探討了吳師道《戰國策校注》一書的撰寫及流傳情況，並結合吳師道的學術思想，進而討論了他撰寫此書的學術旨趣。文章的第三部分是對吳師道《戰國策校注》一書的詳細分析，從校勘和注釋兩個維度，探究了吳師道的學術成就，進一步瞭解了他的學術思想、學術方法及其得失。最後得出結論，吳師道的《戰國策校注》是學術水準較高的一部著作，在《戰國策》的注解史上佔據很重要的地位，而吳師道之所以取得如此成就的原因，在於他受到金華朱學的影響，學術思想更加側重於訓詁學，是當時金華朱學學術流變的結果。

This paper is a case study of Wu Shidao and his work ZhanGuoCeJiaoZhu(《戰國策校注》). The first part of the article is mainly to explore Wu Shidao's life and academic thought,and demonstrated that Wu Shidao was a key figure of the JinHuaZhuXue(金华朱學), he inherited the JinHuaZhuXue(especially Xu Qian)'s academic tradition and played an important role in its transformation. The second part of the article discusses the writing and spreading process of ZhanGuoCeJiaoZhu, and combined with Wu Shidao’s academic thought,discussed his academic interest. The third part of the article is mainly to explore Wu Shidao’s academic achievements, and learn more about his academic gains and losses. Finally concluded, Wu Shidao’ ZhanGuoCeJiaoZhu is a book of high academic standards and what made Wu Shidao such achievements was that he was affected by JinHua ZhuXue,and which was the result of JinHua ZhuXue’s trasformation.
