本研究旨在考察中学生手机依赖、学业投入和自我控制现状,深入探讨手机依赖、自我控制与学业投入之间的关系,并提出相关建议,为防止中学生手机依赖,提高中学生学业投入程度提供理论支持。 本研究采用问卷调查法来测量中学生的手机依赖、学业投入和自我控制的程度,获得的数据运用SPSS23.0进行统计分析,结果如下: (1)本研究中学生手机依赖检出率为47.124%,较其他研究手机依赖检出率较高;学生学业投入与自我控制水平均中等偏上; (2)中学生手机依赖与学业投入和自我控制为显著负相关,手机依赖可以负向预测学业投入与自我控制的程度,自我控制和学业投入呈显著正相关,自我控制程度可以正向预测学业投入; (3)中学生自我控制在手机依赖与学业投入中起到了中介作用。 |

The purpose of this study was to investigate the status of mobile phone addiction, academic engagement and self-control among middle school students, to explore the relationship between mobile phone addiction, self-control and academic engagement, and to put forward relevant suggestions, which provides theoretical support for preventing mobile phone addiction among middle school students and improving their academic engagement. This study adopted questionnaire to measure the degree of mobile phone addiction, academic engagement and self-control among middle school students. The obtained data were statistically analyzed by SPSS23.0. And the results were as follows: (1) The detection rate of mobile phone addiction among middle school students in this study was 47.124%, which was higher than other studies. But students' academic engagement and self-control were above the average. (2) There was a significant negative correlation between mobile phone addiction and academic engagement, and self-control among middle school students. Mobile phone addiction could negatively predict the degree of academic engagement and self-control. (3) Self-control of middle school students plays an intermediary role in mobile phone dependence and academic engagement. |
