八股文是一种明清两代用于科举考试的御用文体,是前代各种文体的集大成者。不过,它不是一种普通的文体,而是一种带着神圣历史使命的文体。它承担了选拔和培养政府官吏的历史使命,对明清两代的政治、经济产生了巨大的影响。近代以来,八股文被认为是“祸国殃民”的封建糟粕而倍受批判。当然,我们不能否认八股文的缺点,但是八股文作为前代各种文体的结晶,具有文章学的价值;作为科举考试的御用文体,制约着明清两代教育的发展,具有教育学的价值。在作文教学举步维艰的当下,我们在引进国外先进的教育理念和方法的同时,也需要从古代先贤那里汲取智慧,而八股文则是这样一个突破口,给当代作文教学的进步提供营养的源泉。如果把八股文放在明清两代的历史语境中,从文章学和教育学的角度去考察和反思八股文的文体及其训练,我们会发现:首先,八股文内容上的代言要求让八股文承担了潜移默化式道德教化的历史使命;八股文形式严格遵守功令格式,构成了一个可供考生模仿的“文本结构”。其次,八股文的训练在继承中国传统教育经验的基础上,从训练的目的、内容和方法等方面形成了一个完整的训练体系,具有独特的训练原则。于是,针对八股文的价值,我们把它放在作文教学改革的当下,探讨其对当代作文教学的启示。八股文的“道德教化”的要求隐喻当今作文教学应强调潜移默化式的道德教育;八股文的训练隐喻今天的作文教学应该注重写作前的积累,写作过程中的思维能力、想象能力的培养,写作后的修改。尤其是当今的议论文写作教学日渐衰微,从八股文的“文本结构”中我们可以提炼出议论文结构化的写作框架,给初学写作的学生一个可资借鉴的模式。

That the eight-part essay is the kind of literary style served by the the Ming and Qing Dynasties on behalf of being used for imperial competitive examination clearly, is former the expert with a comprehensive expression who replaces various literary style. However, it is not one kind of average literary style , but one kind of the literary style being having the sacred historic mission. It undertook the historic mission choosing and fostering government officials, and had a tremendous impact on the Ming and Qing Dynasties two generation of politics and economy. Since the modern times,the eight-part essay is considered being the feudalism dross "wrecking the country and ruining the people" and doubly criticized. Certainly, we can not deny the eight-part essay shortcoming , but the eight-part essay as the crystal replacing various literary style in the front, has the value that the article has learned; as imperial competitive examination imperial served by the emperor, which restricting the Ming and Qing dynasties of education, has the value of pedagogics. Under difficult situation of composition teaching, we need not only introduce overseas advanced education idea and method, but also derive the wisdom from worthy people of ancient times there. The eight-part essay is a such breach for immediate progress in composition teaching source of nutrition.If the eight-part essay is placed in Ming and Qing Dynasty two generation history context, from the perspective of the article Science and Education to study and reflect the literary style and training of eight-part essay, we will find that: First, the eight-part essay content of the endorsement requirements for eight-part essay shoulder the historical mission of subtle style moral education; eight-part essay form of strict compliance with format, constitute a candidate for imitation of the "text structure." Next, the eight-part essay training inherits in China traditional education experience's foundation, training goal, content and method have formed a complete training system, also have oneself unique training principle. Thus, in view of the eight-part essay value, we places it the composition educational reform immediately to explore the inspiration for today's composition teaching. Eight-part essay " moral enlightenment " the request metaphors that the composition teaching should emphasize now influences subtly-like the moral education, and eight-part essay training metaphors that the composition teaching should pay great attention the writing the accumulation pre-writing, writing process thinking training, ability to imagine, after writing the ability of revision.Especially argumentative writing in the nowadays writing teaching is to decline gradually more, we can extract the structure of argumentative writing frame from the eight-part essay "version structure "for students who begins to learn writing the pattern.
