学科交叉融合是社会发展的必然趋势。国务院学位委员会于2021年设置交叉学科门类,近年来体育学科也与时俱进地进行着与不同学科的交叉融合探索。由于国家对体育运动的倡导和人们普遍认为体育学科“门槛低”等误解,使得大量文理科学生选择跨学科考研的途径进入体育学领域,体育考研人数呈现迅猛増长态势。跨学科考入体育教学专业的学生,在入学后的学习过程中,往往因为学科文化的多方面差异而产生适应学习、掌握体育运动技能等诸多间题。因此,有必要对跨学科体育教学专业硕士研究生的实际学习状况进行分析研究,探寻改善跨学科体育教学专业硕士研究生学习状况的策略。有助于发挥跨学科体育教学专业硕士研究生的跨学科优势,进一步促进体育教学专业的发展。 基于此,本文通过对广东省高校中在读的全日制体育教学专业硕士研究生为对象,采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法、比较分析法、SWOT分析法综合分析其学习状况的目前现状、形成原因以及跨学科体育教学专业硕士研究生学习状况发展的优势、劣势、机会与威胁,最后通过综合分析从不同角度上提出有助于改善学习状况的八项策略。 具体内容而言,本文划分为如下四个章节内容: 第一章节说明了选题缘由、研究目的与意义及研究方法的采用,阐述了学习状况及跨学科体育教学专业硕士研究生的界定及本研究的理论基础。 第二章则是对调查及访谈的内容设计的合理性及科学性进行描述以及对跨学科体育教学专业硕士研究生的学习状况的综合分析,包括两类研究生学习状况的对比分析、基于性别变量的跨学科体育教学专业硕士研究生学习状况差异分析。 第三章基于问卷分析的基础上结合访谈内容揭示跨学科体育教学专业硕士研究生的学习状况形成缘由,包括功利性的跨考动机形成专业认同不强、学科文化的不适应、就业问题严峻、社会偏见降低学习动机四个方面。 第四章通过SWOT分析法对跨学科体育教学专业硕士研究生S(优势)W(劣势)O(机会)T(威胁)进行全面阐释,优势包括多视角的思维方式与综合性的知识结构、跨学科的好奇心有助于创新思维激发,劣势包括专业基础相对薄弱、自身对体育学科认知不足、专业认同不强,机会包括体育产业对复合型人才的需求、体育学科发展的需要、国家与社会鼓励多学科交叉融合发展,威胁包括社会对体育专业的错觉与偏见、就业单位本硕一致要求、女性体育专业学生就业受阻、跨学科硕士研究生培养体系不完善。最后通过综合分析提出适当调整硕士研究生复试考核,提高自我学科交叉意识,端正跨考动机与学习态度,建立自我成长计划,组建多学科研学小组,增强硕士研究生弹性学分培养机制,重视导师与学生交互作用,增强多主体协同培养模式八项发展策略。 |

Interdisciplinary integration is an inevitable trend of social development.The Academic Degrees Committee of The State Council set up interdisciplinary categories in 2021. In recent years, sports disciplines have been keeping pace with the times to explore the interdisciplinary integration with different disciplines.Due to the country's advocacy of sports and the general belief that the "low threshold" of physical education, a large number of arts and science students choose the interdisciplinary postgraduate entrance examination to enter the field of physical education, and the number of sports postgraduate entrance examination shows a rapid growth trend.Students admitted to physical education teaching often have many questions to adapt to learning and master sports skills due to the various differences in subject culture.Therefore, it is necessary to analyze and study the actual learning situation of postgraduates in interdisciplinary physical education, and explore strategies to improve the learning situation of postgraduates in interdisciplinary physical education.It is helpful to give full play to the interdisciplinary advantages of interdisciplinary physical education teaching professional master students, and further promote the development of physical education teaching majors. Based on this, article provides a comprehensive analysis of the current situation , for their learning status, the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats of the development of the learning status of master's degree students majoring in interdisciplinary physical education teaching by using the questionnaire survey method, literature method ,interview method, comparative analysis method, SWOT analysis method, and finally proposes strategies that help improve the learning status from different angles through comprehensive analysis. In terms of the specific content, this paper is divided into the following four chapters: The first chapter explains the reasons for the topic, the purpose and significance and the adoption of research methods, the learning status, the definition of interdisciplinary physical education masters and the theoretical basis of this research.
The second chapter describes the rationality and scientific design of the content design of the survey and interviews, and comprehensively analyzes the learning status of master's degree students majoring in interdisciplinary physical education teaching, including a comparative analysis of the learning status of two types of graduate students and an analysis of the difference between the learning status of master's degree students in interdisciplinary physical education based on gender variables. The third chapter, based on questionnaire analysis, combines the interview content to reveal the reasons for the formation of the learning status majoring in interdisciplinary physical education, including four aspects: the formation of utilitarian interdisciplinary motivation to form a strong professional identity, the incompatibility of discipline culture, the severe employment problem, and the reduction of social prejudice to learn motivation. The fourth chapter comprehensively explains the S (advantage) W (disadvantage) O (opportunity) T (threat) of the master's degree in interdisciplinary physical education teaching through the SWOT analysis method, and the advantages include multi-perspective thinking and comprehensive knowledge structure, and interdisciplinary curiosity helps to stimulate innovative thinking Disadvantages include relatively weak professional foundation, lack of self-awareness of sports disciplines, weak professional recognition, opportunities include the demand for composite talents in the sports industry, the need for the development of sports disciplines, the state and society encourage multidisciplinary cross-integration and development, threats include social delusion and prejudices against sports majors, consistent requirements for employment units, obstruction of employment of female sports students, and imperfect interdisciplinary master's degree training system.Finally through comprehensive analysis put forward to adjust the second examination and assessment of postgraduate students appropriately, improve the interdisciplinary consciousness, correct cross examination motivation and learning attitude, establish self growth plan, form more research team, enhance master graduate elastic credit training mechanism, attaches great importance to the mentor and students, enhance the multi-subject collaborative training mode eight development strategy. |
