三江源藏族生态移民从游牧散居到城市（镇）定居，不单纯是居住空间的改变，更主要的是其文化发生了骤然变迁，文化类型也相应发生了大跨度跳跃，从而产生了文化震惊现象。笔者经过扎实的实地调查，从移民表层物质文化、中层制度文化、深层精神文化三个维度进行了研究，具体描述分析了移民文化变迁的内容及其引发的文化失调现象。对移民生活现状进行了“深描”，用民俗学、人类学和社会学方法分析、解读、论证了移民文化变迁及其带来的文化失调状况。在探讨移民文化调适的过程中，引入了社会资本的概念，进而阐释了社会资本与移民文化调适之间的辩证统一关系，详细盘点了移民的社会资本存量状况，全面解析了社会资本在生态移民文化调适中的功能与影响。在社会资本的视域中分析了移民文化调适所面临的问题，根据实际情况，提出了移民文化调适的对策和社会资本重建的路径。全文首置绪论，尾附总结与探讨，正文共分六章。第一章主要介绍三江源生态移民的背景、实践、移民过程、实施情况以及三江源重要的生态区位定位。在此基础上交代了有代表性的田野作业印记，而后对文化变迁进行解读，为下一章埋下伏笔。第二章论述移民的物质文化变迁，主要以生产方式和生活方式的变迁为主要论述对象，尤其凸显了变迁带来的连锁反应，移民物质文化变迁更多体现为多元与涵化。第三章主要探讨制度文化方面的变迁，以所有制、组织制度及社会网络关系、婚俗惯制、教育模式变迁为论述重点。第四章从移民精神文化变迁入手，论述搬迁到城市（镇）的移民在价值观差异、语言障碍对心理的压力、宗教变化等方面造成的精神失调。第五章论证移民社会变迁带来的文化震惊和边缘化现象，从移民自我身份迷失、价值观的震荡、二元人格、心理归属缺失、原有生产技能失灵带来的惶恐等文化失调方面进行解读。第六章从社会资本的视域探讨移民文化调适的路径，在深入论述社会资本与文化调适辩证统一关系的基础上，提出了文化重构和社会资本重建的思路与对策，为生态移民的文化适应提供可资借鉴的参考资料。

In folklore、anthropology and sociology method analysis、interpretation、and demonstrates the immigrants cultural transition and cultural imbalance situation. Introduced the concept of social capital in the article, and then explains the dialectical relationship between social capital and immigrant culture adjustment, in the social capital perspective offered a path of immigrant culture adaptation strategies and social capital reconstruction.The full text is divided into six chapters.The first chapter mainly introduces the background of eco-migration in Three-River Headwaters Region、practice、the immigration process、 implementation and the Three-River Headwaters Region important ecological location. The second chapter discusses immigration material culture change, mainly by the changes of the mode of production and way of life as the main object, especially highlights the changes brought by the chain reaction. The sixth chapter discusses the path of immigrant culture adjustment from the social capital perspective, based on the dialectical relationship between social capital and cultural adaptation to discuss deeply,puts forward some ideas and Countermeasures of cultural reconstruction and the reconstruction of social capital.
