1927-1937年南京国民政府的儿童“党化”教育政策可大致分为三个阶段。1927年南京国民政府成立至1931年“九一八”事变前,针对儿童群体的“党化”教育初步成型,内容主要围绕党义理论展开。“九一八”事变发生后,政策有了明显的转向,抗日救国成为主旋律,内容也由党义教育向童子军教育、国耻教育转变,培育“雪耻救国”的爱国主义思想成为儿童“党化”教育的主流。1934年2月起南京国民政府开始推行“新生活运动”,儿童“党化”教育的内容又增添了“礼、义、廉、耻”的规训要求。儿童对“党化”教育不同部分的接受程度各不相同。就党义教育与新生活教育而言,儿童并未对其产生共鸣,接受程度并不高;而“九一八”事变后所开展的爱国教育则反响剧烈,被儿童广泛接受。

外文摘要:

The Nanjing National Government’s policy of “party education” towards children from 1927 to 1937 can be roughly divided into three stages. From the establishment of the Nanjing National Government in 1927 to the Mukden Incident in 1931, “party education” towards children took initial shape, with the content mainly focused on the theories of party ideology. After the Mukden Incident, there was a clear shift: with the national salvation against Japanese invasion becoming the main theme, the content of the education shifted from party ideology to the scouts and the National Humiliation, and the cultivation of patriotic ideas of “saving the country through revenge” proved to be the essential aspect of “party education” towards children. In February 1934, the Nanjing National Government began to implement the New Life Movement, the “party education” towards children added the requirements of four virtues, lǐ (proper rite), yì (righteousness or justice), lián (honesty and cleanness) and chǐ (shame; sense of right and wrong). Children’s acceptance of different parts of “party education” varied. In the case of party ideology and the New Life Movement, children did not resonate with them and did not accept them to any great extent, whereas the patriotic education that took place after the Mukden Incident was very well received and widely accepted by children.
