南兵，即浙兵，是由戚家军及其余脉发展而来，在1592年万历朝鲜之役爆发后，前往朝鲜抗倭作战。在抗倭援朝战争中，南兵充分发挥了自身专擅抗倭的优势，凭借着先进的武器装备、强大的步兵作战能力和严明的军纪成为朝鲜战场上抗倭的有生力量。除正面抗倭斗争外，南兵在朝期间还向朝鲜军民传授戚继光的御倭之法，教习武艺，修整器械，使得朝鲜军队的战斗力和精神面貌都有极大提升和改善。南兵在朝所做的一切，为其自身赢得赞誉的同时，也赢得了朝鲜人民的爱戴和肯定。本文在参考中国古籍的基础上，借助《李朝实录》、《韩国文集中的明代史料》等朝鲜史料，力图全面揭示南兵在万历朝鲜之役中的主要活动，并对其历史贡献作出客观评价。

The Southern Army, the soldiers of Chekiang，which developed from Qi’s Army and its descendants, was sent to resist Japanese pirates in Korea after the Wanli Korean War broke out in 1592.In the war，the Southern Army took full advantage of its advanced weapons and equipment, strong infantry combat capability and strict discipline to fight against Japanese pirates，and soon became the effective strength on the Kroean battlefield.In addition to engagements with Japanese pirates,the Southern Army still taught Koreans the method of Qi jiguang’s resisting Japanese pirates,trained Korean soldiers and helped them make weapons，which improved Korean army’s combat effectiveness and spirit significantly.What the Southern Army did in Korea not only won high praise for themself,but also received Korean’s respect.Based on Chinese ancient books,this article will make full use of Korean materials,such as Record of the Yi Dynasty,Historical Materials of Ming Dynasty in Korean Corpuses and so on,to comprehensively reveal the main activities of Southern Army in Wanli Korean War and objectively evaluate its historical effect.
