近年来，我国的高职院校发展迅速，促进了中国特色社会主义教育体系的形成，在一定程度上满足了经济增长对较高层次技术应用型人才的需求。但是高职院校的发展过于迅速也带来了不少问题，为了解决这些问题，现在国家大力提倡发展工学结合的人才培养模式。国外职业教育的实践证明：工学结合人才培养模式是一种有利于社会经济发展、企业利益、学校利益、学生需求结合最好的一种培养模式，是西方国家高等职业教育取得成功的关键。我国教育管理部门也将工学结合教育模式，作为发展高等职业教育的必由之路。通过比较分析国内外高职教育的现状，笔者提出，有必要建立一套适应工学结合人才培养模式的新的教学管理体系。这套新的教学管理体系的基础是以企业为中心的校企合作模式，并在企业参与的前提下进行人才培养计划、课程设置、实训基地建设、师资队伍建设等教学管理基础建设。通过制定相应的教学管理制度、教学运行管理体系、教学质量监控体系等，建立适合工学结合模式的教学管理体系，并以此促进高等职业教育工学结合的可持续发展。本文最后以绵阳职业技术学院电子信息工程技术专业为例，针对该专业工学结合教育模式下的教学管理进行了实践研究，并提出还存在一些问题和不足，有助于进一步深化高职院校的教学管理改革和实践。

In recent years, the rapid development of higher vocational institutions in our country has accelerated the formation of socialist education system with Chinese characteristics, and to some extent, met the increasing needs of higher-level applied talents for the economic growth. However, in the mean time, the over-heating of higher vocational education has also brought many problems. To solve those problems, our country begins to advocate the pattern of work-integrated learning.Experiences from the other countries show that the work-integrated learning pattern that can perfectly integrate the interests of company, school and students, and be quite beneficial for social and economic development, is a key to the success of western higher vocational education. Our education management authorities also take the pattern as the only way for the development of higher vocational education. Through analysis and comparison of China and other countries’ higher vocational education status, the author believes it necessary to establish a teaching management system suitable for work-integrated learning pattern. The basis of this teaching management system is a enterprise-centered enterprise-school cooperation model, in which, all the basic constructions such as talent cultivation planning, course setup, training center construction, and teaching stuff management will get enterprise involved. Furthermore, through setting up suitable teaching management regulations, teaching operation management systems and teaching quality monitoring systems, a teaching management system suitable for work-integrated learning pattern is built to promote the sustainable development of work-integrated learning in higher vocational education.The article sets the Electronic Information & Engineering Technology, a education field of Mianyang Vocational and Technical College, as an example to study its teaching management under the work-integrated learning pattern, and then puts forward some problems and shortcomings of the system，which will help to deepen the reform and practice of teaching management in higher vocational institutions.
