经史考据是乾嘉学术研究的中心。大量的考据以笔记形式留存，其中蕴含丰富的训诂材料和小学研究方法。乾嘉考据学派实事求是、无征不信的学术研究态度也对后世有深远影响。本文选取乾嘉时期严元照的考据笔记《娱亲雅言》为研究材料，参考王宁先生提出的考据结构五部分——发疑、设问、取证、释理、结论，对《娱亲雅言》中的考据文本逐条分析，梳理其考据内容，推敲其考据过程，分析其考据结构，总结其考据方法、评价其考据观念，彰显其考据特点。严元照《娱亲雅言》考据主要以十三经为对象，又加入对《国语》《大戴礼》的考据，共分六卷，总记385条。考据内容包含校勘文字、贯通字用、辨析经义、申论词义、考求字音，总结体例。考据结构上从发疑、预设、取证、释理、结论五部分对考据文本细致分析。考据类型分为证实和证伪两类。证实又分为复证和初证。考据方法有因声求义、因形求义、据义证形、据文正义、同例互证等几种方法，其中尤以同例互证为突出。通过以上的考察分析，总结严元照《娱亲雅言》的考据特点为：考据态度严谨、注重义理考据、结论基本可信、考据过程欠妥。本文对《娱亲雅言》的研究工作体现了细致分析考据笔记文本的价值。未来的乾嘉经史考据笔记研究，宏观上可以对各个学者的笔记进行全面研究或专题研究，微观上继续对考据文本逐条分析。

The textual research of history and classic is the center of the academic research at the Period of "QianJia". A large number of textual research remain in notes. It contains abundant exegetical materials and language research methods.At the same time, seeking truth from facts and “no sign, no academic” attitude of Qia Jia school has a far-reaching influence on later generations. In this paper, I take Yan Yuanzhao’s notes Yu Qin Ya Yan as the research material. Referring Mrs Wang Ning’s point that the textual structure has five parts: doubt, question, evidence, interpretation, conclusion. I analyze Yu Qin Ya Yan textual details, combine its textual content, reconstruct the process and the textual structure, summarize its textual methods, evaluate its textual ideas and reveal its textual features.Yan Yuanzhao Yu Qin Ya Yan takes the Thirteen Confucian Classics as the object, also having Guo Yu and Da Dai Li. The note is divided into six volumes, with 385 articles. The textual research contents are the following five categories: collating words, combining the words use, explaining the classic meaning, analyzing the words meaning and researching culture etc. For the textual research structure research, I compute the number from the five parts and analyze the statistics. The textual research type divide into two categories, confirm and argue. Confirming is divided into two categories: primary certificate and multiple certificate. The textual research methods are as follow: analyzing the meaning from the soung, analyzing the meaning from the word’s shape, certificate the shape from word meaning, analyzing the meaning in the context and comparing and mutual reflection. The mutual reflection is outstanding within the five methods above. Therefore, Yan’s Yu Qin Ya Yan have four features. Textual research attitude is rigorous. Paying attention to the classical textual research. The conclusion is basically credible.The textual research process is less reasonable. All of above mainly comes from the priority of inductive argument in Yu Qin Ya Yan textual research. In this paper, the textual research of Yu Qin Ya Yan reveals the value of analyzing the textual details. For the future research, We can study the the textual research comprehensively by studying various scholars notes and topic research, or microcosmically by continuing to analyze the textual details.
