伴随着中国经济的快速发展,企业间的竞争也愈发激烈。当下社会的竞争热点,已经不再是简单的经济竞争,人才成为了新的也是最重要的竞争点,高素质的优秀员工在激烈的企业竞争中起到了关键性作用。因此,企业间的竞争归根结底还是人才的竞争,如何才能激发员工潜能、提高员工积极性成为了企业制度改革的重中之重。陈旧的激励机制难以跟上日新月异的企业竞争形式,如何优化企业激励手段已经成为了研究的聚焦点。
本文以马斯洛需求层次理论为基础,以快速发展的RC公司为例,通过问卷调查企业内部员工满意度以及员工的需求要素,结合RC公司的现状,分析其现有激励机制的不足,找出针对的问题并探索改进的方式,进而建立一套符合现阶段RC公司发展的新的激励机制方案。

With the rapid development of China's economy, the competition among enterprises is becoming more and more fierce. Nowadays, the competition hotspot in society is no longer a simple economic competition. Talents have become the new and most important competition point. High-quality excellent employees play a key role in the fierce competition in enterprises. Therefore, the competition among enterprises is in the final analysis the competition of talents. How to stimulate the potential of employees and improve their enthusiasm has become the top priority of enterprise system reform. The old incentive mechanism is difficult to keep up with the ever-changing forms of enterprise competition. How to optimize the incentive means of enterprises has become the focus of research.
Based on Maslow's hierarchical theory of demand, taking the rapid development of RC company as an example, this paper analyses the shortcomings of existing incentive mechanism through questionnaire survey of internal employee satisfaction and employee demand factors, and combines with the current situation of RC company, finds out the problems and explores ways to improve them, and then establishes a new incentive mechanism scheme which is in line with the current development of RC company.
