      教师工作压力和职业幸福感是学校管理领域关注的热点问题,过往的研 究较少关注教师本身的内在价值观对其职业认同感的影响。本研究以中学教 师为调查对象,探讨了教师工作压力对职业幸福感的影响及作用机制。本研究 采用问卷调查法,316 个样本的数据分析结果表明:(1)教师工作压力对职业 幸福感具有负向作用;(2)职业认同感在教师工作压力与职业幸福感之间起部 分中介作用;(3)利他奉献工作价值观负向调节了教师工作压力与职业认同感 的关系;(4)教师工作压力通过职业认同感,对职业幸福感的间接效应受到了 利他奉献工作价值观的负向调节。本研究有助于揭示教师工作压力影响职业 幸福感的作用机制和边界条件,研究结果对中学教师的职业幸福感管理实践 也有一定启示。 

外文摘要:

   Teachers’ work pressure and career happiness are hot issues in the field of school management. However, few previous studies have studied the impact of teachers’ altruistic dedication work values of concern on their professional identity. Taking middle school teachers as the survey subjects, this study explored the influence and mechanism of teachers’ work pressure on career happiness. Questionnaire survey was used in this study. The results of data analysis on 316 samples show that: (1) Teachers’ work pressure has a negative effect on career happiness; (2) Professional identity played a partial mediating role in the relationship between teachers’ work pressure and career happiness; (3) The altruistic dedication work values negatively moderated the relationship between teachers’ work pressure and professional identity; (4) The indirect effect of teachers’ work pressure on career happiness was negatively moderated by altruistic dedication work values through professional identity. This study is helpful to reveal the mechanism and boundary conditions of teachers’ work pressure influencing career happiness, and the results of the study also have some enlightenment for middle school teachers’ career happiness management practice.
