美国高校语言课程配有辅导课的情况较为普遍,开设辅导课是为了帮助学习者巩固所学语言的相关知识,增加能够使用所学语言的机会。笔者在参与美国北卡罗莱纳大学教堂山分校中文辅导课教学的过程中,为进一步改进初级线上中文辅导课教学,主要采用了问卷调查法,以学生、中文辅导课教师和中文主课教师三方为调查对象,对美国北卡罗莱纳大学教堂山分校的初级线上中文辅导课的现状和需求进行了调研。
本研究首先介绍了美国北卡罗莱纳大学教堂山分校的中文教学情况及初级线上中文辅导课的设置、学生、教师和教学平台使用情况。其次对学生、中文辅导课教师、中文主课教师三方问卷的设计进行了阐述,并从被调查者基本信息及中文背景、初级线上中文辅导课的现状及评价、初级线上中文辅导课的需求三个方面对问卷调查结果进行了统计与分析。最后立足于现状与需求的调查分析结果,本研究总结了初级线上中文辅导课的特点,分析了目前初级线上中文辅导课的可取之处与不足之处,并针对不足之处从中文辅导课教师、主课教师和中文辅导课教师的专业培养三个角度提出了具体的改进建议。

In American colleges, it is common for language courses to be equipped with tutoring, which is set up to help learners consolidate their knowledge of the language and increase their chances of using the language. In the process of participating in the teaching of Chinese tutoring in the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, in order to further improve the teaching of the primary online Chinese tutoring, the author mainly adopts the questionnaire survey method, taking students, tutors and main course teacher as the survey objects, to investigate the current situation and demand of the primary online Chinese tutoring in the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
Firstly, this thesis introduces the Chinese teaching situation of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in the United States, as well as the setup, students, teachers and the use of the teaching platform of the primary online Chinese tutoring. Secondly, this thesis expounds the design of the questionnaire for students, tutors and main course teacher. At the same time, this thesis sorted out and analyzed the questionnaire results from three aspects: basic information and Chinese background of the respondents, the current situation and evaluation of primary online Chinese tutoring, and the demand for primary online Chinese tutoring. Finally, based on the investigation and analysis results of the current situation and demand, this thesis analyzes the characteristics of the primary online Chinese tutoring, summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of the current primary online Chinese tutoring, and puts forward specific suggestions for improvement from the perspective of tutor, main course teachers and professional training of tutor.
