纵观我国校园足球的发展仍处于初级阶段,前人对青少年足球特色学校评价体系的研究各有侧重,但缺少一个科学、统一的评价体系对足球特色学校进行综合评价,因此本研究运用文献资料法、问卷法、专家访谈法、层次分析法、德尔菲法、数理统计法与逻辑分析法对全国青少年足球特色学校进行评价体系构建,最终得出研究结论:1.本研究在前人研究的基础上,构建了全国青少年足球特色学校评价体系。2.本研究对经过筛选的19份评价方案中的指标进行频次分析,得到“组织领导”、“安全机制”、“人才输送”等代表性较高的一、二级指标,整合形成初始的评价体系。3.本研究邀请足球领域的专家进行问卷调查与访谈,结果显示专家对初始的评价体系认同度较好,全部的一级指标的得分均高于3.6分,二级指标的均值得分均高于3.7分。4.最终形成的全国青少年足球特色学校评价体系中,一级指标分别为“工作开展”、“条件保障”、“开展效果”;二级指标为“组织领导”、“师资力量”、“学生足球技能水平”等11个指标;三级指标为具体题项,共有36个。5.本研究根据各级指标权重构建了百分制的全国青少年足球特色学校评价体系量表。其中“工作开展”所占比值最大(0.4934),随后是“开展效果”(0.3108),说明工作的开展是校园足球发展的主体方向和战略要地,学生的学习效果是学校开展校园足球活动的最终归宿。 |

Throughout the development of campus football in China is still in the primary stage. Previous studies on the evaluation system of youth football characteristic schools have focused on each other, but there is a lack of a scientific and unified evaluation system for the comprehensive evaluation of football characteristic schools. Therefore, this study uses the methods of literature, questionnaire, expert interview, analytic hierarchy process, Delphi The evaluation system of national youth football characteristic schools is constructed by mathematical statistics and logical analysis, and the final research conclusions are as follows: 1.On the basis of previous studies, this study constructs the evaluation system of national youth football characteristic schools. 2. Analyze the frequency of the indicators in the 19 selected evaluation schemes, get the first and second level indicators with high representativeness, such as "organization and leadership", "safety mechanism" and "talent transportation", and integrate them to form the initial evaluation system. 3. This study invited experts in the field of football to conduct a questionnaire survey and interview. The results show that experts have a high degree of recognition of the evaluation system, but the logical relationship of some indicators is not clear, and there is a lack of evaluation on the hardware and software of the school. 4. In the final evaluation system of national youth football characteristic schools, the primary indicators are "work development", "condition guarantee" and "development effect"; The secondary indicators are 11 indicators, including "organizational leadership", "teachers" and "students' football skill level"; The three-level indicators are specific items, with a total of 36. 5. According to the index weight at all levels, this study constructs the national youth football characteristic school evaluation system scale with the percentage system. Among them, "work development" accounts for the largest proportion (0.4934), followed by "development effect" (0.3108), which shows that the development of work is the main direction and strategic place of campus football development, and the learning effect of students is the final destination of campus football activities. |
