伴随着大运河的全面畅通和内河航运主体地位的确立，运河管理系统建立，明代开始设立浅夫。浅夫的主要职责为疏浚河道、为过往船只导航。清代沿袭了明代的浅夫制度。清代海河水系浅夫主要设立在南、北运河上，具体来讲，即为从临清到通州段运河沿线州县。衩夫，是穿着皮衩裤，用垡船捞取淀河泥沙的夫役，主要分布在海河水系所属的永定河、大清河及北运河上。本文主要通过研究清代海河水系浅夫、衩夫的空间分布、职责与待遇、征派方式、裁减情况以及与明代浅夫制度的差异，研究清代海河水系浅夫、衩夫的群体特点。

Along with the full flow of the Grand Canal and the establishment of the Canal’s dominate position in inland waterway transport, the canal management system was founded. After that, the system of the qianfu, who were responsible for dredging the river and directing the ways for passing boats, was officially established in Ming dynasty. These workers mainly work in counties located along the canal from Linqing to Tongzhou in Qing dynasty.Chafu,who were responsible for dredging the Lake with the boat .These workers mainly in counties located in the yongding river,daqing river and north canal.This study attempts to explore the group characteristics of the qianfu and chafu in Qing dynasty through the following four aspects: the spatial distribution of these workers in the Haihe River in Qing dynasty, their responsibilities and salary, how they were hired and where they were sent to work, the condition of redundancy,and the difference with the system of the qianfu in Ming dynasty.
