制造业是国家经济的支柱产业，更是国家发展的动力机。中国制造业在过去十年始终保持排名首位，维持着制造业大国地位，但我们制造业的短板也很明显，存在“大而不强”的问题。特别是涉及核心技术、关键零部件原件、基础材料等方面的缺失，使得我们制造业企业的的核心竞争力被大幅度削弱。对于具有“高创新”行业性质的科学企业，局限于单一的技术创新已经不能满足发展需求。不仅需要在企业内部各部门联动进行创新，更需要与社会各界其它主体协同创新，实现企业从战略理念到组织管理，从技术合作到市场维护等全方位创新系统构建。

本文首先梳理了创新理论、协同学理论。明确协同创新理论的含义。查阅近几年的文献资料，了解企业如何协同创新，协同创新的模式、内容、方法、影响因素、驱动力等相关研究，并进行归纳总结。

其次，选择安检龙头企业N企业为研究对象。先回顾了N企业早期通过“带土移植”的协同创新方式成功实现了从高校到企业孵化，完成技术人才整体移植，知识转化甚至技术成果产品市场化，发展20余年至今,完成从行业陪跑—行业跟跑—现在的行业领跑，稳固了在行业中的领军地位，并形成自己多样化的协同创新模式。

以N企业的三个不同协同创新项目为案例：项目A——政企合作项目、项目B——双企合作项目、项目C——校企合作项目。研究发现，在政企合作项目中，政府起到监督把控的作用，通常以技术资金扶持的方式助力企业进行阶段性技术研发，不涉及技术成果转换。在双企合作项目中，合作方企业通常以招投标方式进行产品定制，会派遣技术人员全程与参与到项目中，注重技术成果产品化市场化。在校企合作项目中，N企业与高校以联合培养技术人才为目的，项目成果多以人才培养和科研成果为主。

通过对三种具有代表性的案例总结发现，作为高创新行业的科技企业，N企业协同创新模式是多样化的。从盈利目的出发，企业会选择与资金雄厚的其他企业合作完成定制化产品。从行业人才培养角度出发，N企业选择与高校合作，储备行业人才资源。从提升自主研发力来看多会倾向于政府合作。这种全方位的协同创新模式，为N企业夯实基础，促进技术创新，缓解企业研发经费压力，增加企业抗风险能力，具有一定的参考价值。

This paper first clearly combs the innovation theory and Synergetics theory. Clarify the meaning of collaborative innovation theory. Refer to literature in recent years to understand how enterprises collaborate on innovation, the models, contents, methods, influencing factors, driving forces, and other related research of collaborative innovation, and summarize and summarize them.

Secondly, the leading security inspection enterprise N was selected as the research object. Firstly, we review the collaborative innovation approach of N Company in its early stages, which successfully achieved the transition from universities to enterprise incubation, completing the overall transfer of technical talents, knowledge transformation, and even the marketization of technological achievements. After more than 20 years of development, N Company has transformed from an industry leader to an industry leader, and has formed its own unique collaborative innovation model.

Taking three different collaborative innovation projects of Enterprise N as examples: Project A - Government Enterprise Cooperation Project, Project B - Double Enterprise Cooperation Project, and Project C - School Enterprise Cooperation Project. Research has found that in government enterprise cooperation projects, the government plays a supervisory and control role, usually assisting enterprises in stage technology research and development through technical and financial support, without involving the conversion of technological achievements. In dual enterprise cooperation projects, the partner companies usually customize their products through bidding, and dispatch technical personnel to participate in the entire project, emphasizing the commercialization of technical achievements. In school enterprise cooperation projects, N Enterprise and universities aim to jointly cultivate technical talents, and the project results are mainly focused on talent cultivation and scientific research achievements.

Through summarizing three representative cases, it is found that as a technology enterprise in a high innovation industry, the collaborative innovation model of N enterprise is diverse. For profit purposes, companies will choose to collaborate with other financially strong companies to complete customized products. From the perspective of industry talent cultivation, N Enterprise chooses to cooperate with universities to reserve industry talent resources. From the perspective of enhancing independent research and development capabilities, there is a tendency towards government cooperation. This comprehensive collaborative innovation model lays a solid foundation for N enterprise, promotes technological innovation, alleviates the pressure on enterprise research and development funds, and increases the enterprise's ability to resist risks, which has certain reference value.
