近年来，随着地理标志经济价值在国际贸易中的突出表现，这种新知识产权越来越受到人们的关注，地理标志侵权行为也日益频繁，保护地理标志正逐渐成为知识产权领域里的热点之一。该文参考相关资料及数据，从地理标志的管理制度、名称描述及质量标准三个方面出发，采用举例法、比较法以及图表法分析中国地理标志保护中存在的问题，借以表明研究观点：（1）各级工商管理局和质量检验检疫局之间应加强协调合作，明确各自的权属分化，建立科学的地理标志保护体制。（2）主管机构应当谨慎修订并逐步完善地理标志名称描述规范，尽量避免权利人之间的利益冲突。（3）主管部门应制定合理统一的质量标准并及时更新，稳定地理标志产品的质量水平。

In current years, with the economic value of geographical indications (GIs) in international trade in the highlights, this new intellectual property right has been a great topic of concern. And violations of the right of GIs have gotten more and more frequent, so GI protection has been gradually becoming one of the heated spots in the field of intellectual property rights. Referring to quantities of related information and data, by taking examples, making figures and tables, and comparing different means and their effect of GI protection at home and abroad, this article researches into some existing intractable problems on the management system and the name description and the quality standards of GIs in China, indicating that: (1) The Administration for Industry and Commerce (AIC) and the Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine (AQSIQ), both at all administrative levels in the PRC, should spare no effort to enhance their cooperation and coordination in between and cautiously clear the differentiation of the rights of their own, so as to establish a scientific system of protection for GIs. (2) Provisions on the name description of GIs should be advertently amended and gradually perfected in order to avoid those evitable conflicts of interest among right holders. (3) Reasonable uniform quality standards should be formulated and developed timely to stable the quality level of products with the same GI.
