课间操是学校体育的重要组成部分,也是学校学生参与人数最多的体育活
动。大多数小学选用传统广播体操作为学校课间操体育活动的内容,虽然对学生
的身心健康有一定促进作用,但活动形式较为单一,对学生不具有挑战性。久而
久之,这会导致学生失去对做操的积极性,使学生的身心健康达不到应有的锻炼
效果,使课间操体现不出它应有的价值。教育部在《教育部 国家体育总局共青
团中央关于开展全国亿万学生阳光体育运动的通知》中提到大力推行大课间体育
活动、掌握至少两项体育技能。对此,学校是否应该在课间操时间段开展的体育
活动既能满足学生的身心健康发展特点,又能使学生在课间操体育锻炼的过程中
潜移默化的提高一项体育技能的水平,这是值得研究的。对比于传统课间操,“木
铎阳光课间操”分为四个部分,身体姿态与控制练习、地面力量与柔韧练习、跳
跃练习以及团队协作练习,“木铎阳光课间操”包含身体素质练习以及基本体操
动作(翻滚、支撑等动作)的练习。最终将《义务教育体育与健康》水平二体操
动作为评价内容,研究分析通过 16 周的木铎阳光课间操的练习,检验木铎阳光
课间操是否能提高学生掌握体操动作。
本研究采用文献资料法、实验法和数理统计法对木铎阳光课间操对小学生掌
握体操动作的影响进行实验研究,实验中设立实验组和对照组,实验年级为 4
年级;实验样本量中实验组与对照组各 80 人,其中男生 40 人,女生 40 人;实
验周期为 16 周;将 4 年级体操动作作为实验的测试动作,并依据测试标准测得
数据。根据实验前后测得数据进行对比与分析,研究学生通过木铎阳光课间操的
练习是否能提升学生对体操动作的掌握。结论如下:
(1)木铎阳光课间操的练习对学生技巧动作掌握有促进作用。学生在前滚
翻、后滚翻、跪跳起、肩肘倒立动作人数及上都有提升,四个动作中不及格成绩
的学生人数明显减少,及格和良好的成绩的人数明显上升。经配对样本 T 检验
数据,可知实验组男生和女生跪跳起前后测得数据都有非常显著性差异(p<
0.01);实验组男生和女生前滚翻前后测得数据都有非常显著性差异(p<0.01);
实验组男生和女生后滚翻前后测得数据都有非常显著性差异(p<0.01);实验
组男生和女生肩肘倒立前后测得数据都有非常显著性差异(p<0.01)。

(2)木铎阳光课间操的练习对学生跳箱动作掌握有促进作用。学生在跳上
成跪撑,跳下成站立动作上较对照组有很大的进步,其中实验组男、女生不及格
成绩的人数下降,良好成绩显著上升。经配对样本 T 检验数据,可知实验组男
生和女生跳上成跪撑,跳下成站立前后测得数据都有非常显著性差异(p<0.01)。
(3)木铎阳光课间操的练习对学生低单杠动作掌握有促进作用。学生跳上
成正撑,前翻下动作的实验组数据发生显著性的改变,其中实验组男生和女生不
及格成绩的人数显著下降,实验组男生及格成绩人数显著增加,实验组女生良好
成绩的人数显著上升。经配对样本 T 检验数据,可知实验组男生和女生跳上成
正撑,前翻下前后测得数据都有非常显著性差异(p<0.01)。

Recess exercise is an important part of school physical education, and it
is also the sports activity with the largest number of students. Most primary
schools choose the traditional broadcast gymnastics as the content of school
break sports activities. Although it has a certain development for students' physical and mental health, the form of activities is relatively single, and it is
not challenging for students. Over time, this will lead to the lack of enthusiasm
of students to do exercises, so that students' physical and mental health can
not achieve the desired effect of exercise, so that the recess exercise does
not reflect its due value. In the notice of the Communist Youth League Central
Committee of the Ministry of education and the State General Administration
of sports on carrying out sunshine sports for hundreds of millions of students
in China, the Ministry of education mentioned vigorously promoting the form
of big break sports activities and mastering at least two sports skills. In this
regard, whether the school should carry out sports activities in the period of
recess can not only meet the characteristics of students' physical and mental
health development, but also make students imperceptibly improve the level
of a sports skill, or even master a sports skill, which is worth studying. Compared with traditional calisthenics, this set of Muduo sunshine
calisthenics is divided into four parts: body posture and control exercise, ground strength and flexibility exercise, jumping exercise and team
cooperation exercise. The calisthenics includes physical fitness exercise and
basic gymnastics (rolling, supporting and other movements). Finally, "compulsory education physical education and health curriculum standard"
level 2 gymnastics movement as the evaluation content, research and
analysis through a period of practice of Mu duo sunshine recess exercise, whether students can improve the mastery of gymnastics movement. This study uses the methods of literature review, experiment and
mathematical statistics to study the value of Mu duo's sunshine break
exercise. The experiment is divided into experimental group and control
group. The experimental grade is grade 4; In the experimental sample size,

the experimental group and the control group each had 80 people, including
40 boys and 40 girls; The experimental period was 16 weeks; The fourth
grade gymnastic technical movement is taken as the test movement of the
experiment, and the data is measured according to the test standard. According to the data measured before and after the experiment, this paper
studies whether students can improve their mastery of Gymnastic Techniques
through the practice of Muduo sunshine exercises. The conclusions are as
follows
(1) The practice of Mu duo's sunshine class break exercises can promote
the skill movements. Students in the front roll, back roll, kneeling jump, shoulder and elbow handstand movements have improved, the four
movements of failing grades decreased significantly, pass and good grades
increased significantly. Through paired sample t-test data, it can be seen that
there are very significant differences between boys and girls in the
experimental group before and after kneeling and jumping (P < 0.01); There
was a significant difference between boys and girls in the experimental group
(P < 0.01); There was a significant difference between boys and girls in the
experimental group (P < 0.01); There was a significant difference between
boys and girls in the experimental group (P < 0.01).
(2) The practice of Mu duo's sunshine class break exercises can promote
the box jumping. Students in the jump into kneeling support, jump into the
station action than the control group has great progress, the experimental
group of boys and girls failed the number of results decreased, good results
increased significantly. Through paired sample t-test data, it can be seen that
there are very significant differences between boys and girls in the
experimental group before and after jumping into kneeling and standing (P <
0.01).
(3) The practice of Mu duo's sunshine break exercises can promote the
action of low horizontal bar. In the experimental group, the number of male
and female students who failed the test decreased significantly, the number of
male students who passed the test increased significantly, and the number of
female students who achieved good results increased significantly. Through
paired sample t-test data, it can be seen that there is a very significant
difference between boys and girls in the experimental group before and after
jumping into positive support, turning forward and down (P < 0.01).
