新时代，在党中央的集中统一领导下，党的意识形态工作稳步推进，党的意识形态领导权日渐加强。然而客观来说，我国意识形态领域仍旧时刻进行着具有“许多新的历史特点的伟大斗争”，意识形态领导权的争夺和加强仍须臾不可放松。因此，持续巩固和加强党的意识形态领导权，在当前和今后一段时期仍旧是全党务必抓紧抓实的一项基础性工作。本研究以马克思主义理论为指导，以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想为指引，坚持理论联系实际、实事求是的研究思路，抱以科学谨慎的研究态度。笔者阐述了本选题的研究背景、研究意义、研究方法等。并对国内外研究现状进行综述，依据研究需要选取了恰当的研究方法。笔者紧密围绕新时代中国共产党加强意识形态领导权的几个核心问题展开讨论。首先，意识形态和意识形态领导权等学术概念是哲学社会科学基础理论研究中的重点，笔者阐明了意识形态和意识形态领导权在学理和实践层面的定义以及蕴含着内在规律和特征。同时，笔者指出了中国共产党需要立足当前社会发展的历史方位，积极应对新时代各领域发展变化给意识形态领导权建设和加强带来的机遇和挑战。再次，在不断厘清意识形态理论和摸清现实情况的基础上，还需要明确加强意识形态领导权的战略价值和基本原则。最后，意识形态领导权的加强要立足于现实挑战和客观需要，挖掘针对性的实践路径。本研究从全面提升领导能力、强化群众认同、建设各类阵地和夯实责任机制等方面详细论述，以根据社会发展的实际需要探索行之有效的加强意识形态领导权的实践路径。最后，笔者对研究进行简要总结反思，并且展望了在理论和实践上进一步深化本研究的发力点。

In the new era, under the centralized and unified leadership of the Communist Party of China, the work of Party's ideological is steadily advancing, and the Party's ideological leadership is increasingly strengthened. However, the ideological field of our country is still engaged in "the great struggles with many new historical characteristics", and the competition and strengthening of ideological leadership can not be resolved for a moment. Therefore, continuing to consolidate and strengthen the Party's ideological leadership is still a fundamental task for the whole in the future.The author explains the research background, significance, and methods of this topic are elaborated,the current research status is summarized, And appropriate research methods were selected. The author discusses several core issues of this topic. Firstly, the author clarifies the definitions of ideology and ideological leadership at the theoretical and practical levels, as well as their inherent laws and characteristics. Secondly, the author points out that the CPC needs to base itself on the historical position of the current social development and actively respond to the opportunities and challenges brought by the development and changes in various fields in the new era to the construction and strengthening of ideological leadership. Once again, on the basis of continuously clarifying ideological theories and understanding the actual situation, it is necessary to clarify the strategic values and basic principles of strengthening ideological leadership. Finally, the strengthening of ideological leadership should be based on practical challenges and objective needs, and targeted practical paths should be explored. The author briefly summarizes and reflects, and looks forward to further deepening the focus of this study.
