研究清洁生产技术方案的综合评价方法,可为企业进行清洁生产技术方案的筛选和决策提供技术上的支持 对指导企业实施清洁生产有重要意义 本文运用系统分析及模糊数学方法,以啤酒工业清洁生产技术方案为例,在定性分析及定量评价相结合方面进行了探讨,从实现清洁生产目标出发,对清洁生产技术进行了分类,为制定和设计清洁生产技术方案提供了基础;提出了啤酒工业清洁生产技术方案的综合评价指标,为从技术、经济和环境三方面科学客观地评价清洁生产技术方案提供了依据;把层次分析法与模糊综合 评判有机结合在一起,尝试提出了AHP-Fuzzy 清洁生产技术方案综合评价方法,并应用于啤酒工业清洁生产技术方案的筛选,取得了满意的结果。 |

It is important for plants to implement cleaner production that doing re-search overall evaluation method on technical plans of cleaner production and it provide technical basis for plants selecting and decision——making on technical plans of cleaner production. By systems -engineering and fuzzy mathmatics,this paper probe into linking quantitative analysis with qualitative evaluation for technical plans of cleaner-production in brewing industry. The techniques on cleaner production are classified according to their aims, so it provides theoreti-cal basis for laying down and designing technical plans on cleaner production.The overall evaluation indexes technical plans on cleaner production in brew-ing industry are put forward in this paper, by which the plans are scientifically e-valuated in respect of technology, economy and environment. A new method,AHP-Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method on technical plans on cleaner production in brewing industry, is put forward. |
