当前社会经济高度发展，如何更好地管理好城市，服务于市民，有必要讨论智慧城市建设问题。本文以智能交通为切入点，并以北京市为例进行重点研究。阐述智慧城市和智能化交通理念的同时，结合最新数据和问卷调查的方法，分析北京市当前交通状况和智能化交通系统的发展与运营。指出了当前北京智能化交通在规划建设方面还存在公交线路混乱、公路网设计不合理以及轨道交通设施覆盖不够等一系列问题。北京市虽然在智能化交通系统的运营管理上取得一定成果，但与国外发达城市间仍有不小差距。建议在未来北京市交通发展过程中大力发展公共交通，减少私家车对交通带来的压力。在智能化交通系统的建设运营上应注重完善系统整体性以及加强各部门之间的合作，提高系统运营效率的同时加强人才队伍建设，以保障城市交通的稳定通畅。

With the highly developing of cities, how to develop faster and built the smart city has becoming a hot topic. This paper selects one aspect of it, namely, intelligent transportation, and focus on Beijing as an example. To explain the concept of smart cities and intelligent transportation while combining the latest data and survey methods . It points out that there are still many problems in the current Beijing’s transportation, such as the disordered bus lines, poorly designed road network. Although the operation and management of intelligent transportation systems has got some results, but there are still huge difference between Beijing and other foreign developed cities. In the future, Beijing should focus on developing public transportation to reduce the pressure of cars, and the intelligent transportation systems should focus on improving the integrity of the system and the strengthening the cooperation between the various departments. At the same time, they should Strengthen human resources, in order to ensure the clear transportation of Beijing.
