在文化全球化的时代大背景下,对外汉语教材中的文化内容也成为学界研究的热点。作为学生学习汉语文化词语第一手资料的对外汉语教材,其对文化词语的英文释义是学生理解词语文化内含,了解中华民族价值取向、思维方式、生活习惯和风俗传统的最重要媒介。因此,笔者从对外汉语教材文化词语的释义着手,研究教材文化词语的释义问题,探讨能够完善对外汉语教材中文化词语释义的策略与方法,以期使文化词语所承载的文化信息得到更好的呈现与传播。 本文以英国广为使用的成人汉语综合教材——《步步高中文》系列汉语教材为主体研究对象,对该系列共四册教材中所出现的145个文化词语及其英文释义进行统计与分析,并对使用该教材的英国汉语学习者发放问卷,调查其对教材文化词语释义的满意度及建议,并对英国汉语学习者和北京师范大学汉语文化学院留学生进行测试,考察其依据教材文化词语释义对文化词语的理解和掌握情况。依据调查与测试结果,对教材在文化词语释义方面存在的问题,从语义、语法和语用三个层面以及成语问题方面进行归类,并采用穷尽列举的方式逐一分析,最后结合教学实际提出文化词语释义的原则和完善教材释义的方法,以期使汉语学习者能够通过教材有效的文化词语释义,更深入地了解中华文化,进一步提高跨文化交际能力。 本文共分为六章。第1章为绪论,包括选题缘起、研究目的、研究内容、研究意义、研究方法、国内外研究现状以及特色与创新之处;第2章为《步步高中文》系列汉语教材文化词语释义模式及情况统计,列表分析了第一册至第四册所出现的全部145个汉语文化词语;第3章为《步步高中文》系列汉语教材文化词语释义长处分析,包括对采用语素本位分析法、生词表中词性标注清晰、释义方式灵活多样的优点分析;第4章为《步步高中文》系列汉语教材文化词语释义问题分析,按照语法、语义、语用三个层面以及成语释义问题进行归类,并穷尽列举分析;第5章为汉语文化词语使用偏误与释义问题关系分析,总结了问卷调查和测试情况、测试偏误类型以及偏误产生原因;第6章为关于教材汉语文化词语释义及教师教学的建议,提出了教材释义原则以及对教材释义和教师教学的建议。最后得出应从教材、教师等多方面共同推进文化词语教学的结论。

Under the background of globalization of culture, the cultural content in textbooks for foreigners has become a hot topic in academic circles. As a foreign language teaching material for students to learn Chinese culture and vocabulary first-hand materials, the English explanation of cultural vocabulary is the most important medium for students to understand the cultural connotation of words and understand the value orientation, thinking mode, living habits and customs of the Chinese nation. Therefore, the author starts with the explanation of the culture and vocabulary of the textbooks for foreigners to study the explanation of the cultural and vocabulary of the textbooks and discusses strategies and methods that can improve the explanation of cultural vocabulary in textbooks for the teaching of Chinese as a foreign language, in order to better present the cultural information carried by cultural words. And spread. This article is based on the widely used adult comprehensive Chinese language textbook “Backgammon Chinese” series of Chinese textbooks for the main research object. It analyzes and analyzes the 145 cultural words and their explanation in the series of four textbooks. A questionnaire was sent to English learners using this material to investigate their satisfaction and suggestions for explanation of culture and terminology of the teaching materials. The test was conducted on English learners in the UK and students from the Chinese Culture Academy of Beijing Normal University. Understanding and mastering cultural words. According to the investigation and test results, the problems in the explanation of cultural words and expressions in the teaching materials are classified from three aspects of semantics, grammar and pragmatics, and idiom problems, and are analyzed one by one in an exhaustive manner. Finally, the culture is put forward based on the actual teaching. The principle of explanation of words and the method of perfecting the teaching materials are intended to enable Chinese learners to understand Chinese culture through in-depth understanding of the effective cultural and vocabulary explanations of the teaching materials, and to further improve cross-cultural communication skills. This article is divided into six chapters. The first chapter is the introduction, including the origin of the topic, research purpose, research content, research significance, research methods, research status at home and abroad, as well as characteristics and innovations; Chapter 2 is the explanation model of the cultural words and phrases in the series of Chinese textbooks for "Backgammon Chinese". In the statistics of the situation, the list analyzes all the 145 Chinese culture words that appear in the first to the fourth volumes; the third chapter analyzes the explanation of the strengths of the Chinese and English cultural words and phrases in the series “Backgammon Chinese”, including the use of morpheme-based analysis and vocabulary lists. The analysis of the merits of the clearness of the part-of-speech tagging and the flexible explanation of the paraphrase means; Chapter 4 is an analysis of the explanation of cultural words and phrases in the series of Chinese textbooks for the “Backgammon Chinese” series. It classifies them in terms of grammar, semantics, pragmatics, and idioms, and exhausts them. Categorical analysis; Chapter 5 is an analysis of the relationship between errors in usage and explanation of Chinese cultural words, summarizing questionnaire surveys, testing errors, types of test errors, and the causes of errors; Chapter 6 is about explanation of Chinese cultural terms and teaching of teachers. The proposal put forward the principle of explanation of textbooks and the explanation of teaching materials and teaching of teachers. Meeting. Finally, it is concluded that the teaching of cultural words and phrases should be jointly promoted in many aspects such as teaching materials and teachers.
