海草及其与周围环境形成的海草场是近海海洋生态系统具有重要的生态服务功能的重要组成部分。世界各国已经认识到海草的重要性,对海草床的调查、保护和恢复研究已成为国际上一个公认的研究热点。相较于红树林和珊瑚礁,国内外学者和公众对海草及相关修复技术的关注度偏低,对国际海草生态修复的研究的现状、趋势和热点等的认识还较为有限。本报告检索并从中挑选出相关度较高的发表在Web of Science核心合集平台的SCICPCI-SESCI三个自然科学子库中的文献,截至201910月,共检索并人工筛选高度相关文献至873篇,时间分布范围为1952-2019年,根据所采集到的数据及收录的海草修复研究相关文献,借助文献计量信息可视化分析方法,从年度发文量、研究机构、作者、主要期刊和研究热点与主题等方面进行了较为系统的文献计量评价,以期阐明国内外海草生态修复技术研究的态势与热点。结果表明:1952-2019年间国际海草生态修复研究的文献数量总体呈明显上升趋势,该领域发文量TOP 5的国家分别是美国、澳大利亚西班牙、意大利和荷兰;全球发文量最多的机构是西澳大学,其次是美国威廉玛丽学院海洋学院与美国国家海洋和大气管理局;发文总量较多的作者是Orth.RJMcmilan.CDuarte.CMMarba.N,刊文量最多的期刊分别是Aquatic Botany (IF:1.787)Marine Ecology Progress Series(IF:2.613) Journal of Experimental Marine Biology & Ecology(IF:2.074)。在国家、机构与作者合作方面,美国、澳大利亚、荷兰、德国等国家形成了关系密切的合作网络,西澳大学和美国威廉玛丽学院海洋学院是海草修复研究机构合作网络中的两个中心,Orth.RJKendrick.G等学者间有紧密的学术合作关系。通过高频关键词的关联关系分析,揭示该领域的3个热点研究主题,即环境(污染)胁迫对海草场恢复的影响、海草移植修复技术及海草种子技术修复技术及海草生长与生理生态的相关研究。由于研究起步较晚,我国学者的发文量、篇均被引频次等与欧美国家学者存在一定差距,中国科学院、中国海洋大学等机构为我国海草修复研究做出了重要贡献,近几年的发文量增长迅速,预计未来的发展趋势良好。

Seagrass and seagrass bed ecosystems are important parts of the marine ecosystems and ecological servince functions. The investigationprotection and restoration of seagrass beds have become an internationally recognized research hotspot.Compared with mangroves and coral reefs restorationscientists and the public pay less attention to seagrass and knowledge of the current statustrends and hotspots gained from international seagrass research are limited. The highly correlated literature regarding seagrass restoration research was retrieved from the Web of Science's SCICPCI-SESC database from 1952 to 2019 reach to 873 articles and bibliometric information visualization analysis methods were conducted to deal a systematic bibliometric assessment of annual publicationsresearch institutionsreasearch strengthauthorsresearch trand and hotspots. The goals of this study were to clarify the trends and hotspots of international seagrass restoration research and to generate valuable reference information for related researchers. The results showed that the amount of international seagrass restortion research literature exhibited an obvious increasing trend from 1952 to 2019. The top five countries in this field are the United StatesAustraliaSpainItaly and the Netherlands. The institution with the most publications was University of Western Australiafollowed by the College of William & Mary and the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA).Authors with a relatively larger total number of publications were Duarte CM Orth.RJMcmilan.Cand Marba.N; Kendrick.G had the greatest number of publications in the past three years. The most frequently listed journals were the Aquatic BotanyMarine Ecology Progress Seriesand Journal of Experimental Marine Biology & Ecology of the top 10 journals. In cooperation with countriesinstitutionsand authorsUSAAustraliaNetherlandsGermany formed a close cooperation network. Western Australia and College of William & Mary were two centers in the cooperation network of institutions. Orth.RJ and Kendrick.Gand many other scholars exhibited close academic cooperation.

The three hot topics of seagrass research were summarized through the analysis of association of high-frequency keywords and were the effects of environmental stress (pollution) on recovery seagrass meadows growth and physiological ecology of seagrass after tranplantionseed restoration technology of seagrass and its related studies. Because of the later start of seagrass restoration researchthere is a gap between scholars in China and those in European and American countries regarding the number of publications and average citations per article. Howeverthe literatures published in recent years has increased rapidly. The Chinese Academy of SciencesOcean University of Chinaand other institutions have made important contributions to the study of seagrass in China. It is expected that there will be a strong developmental trend in seagrass research in the future.
