乡土史校本课程开发与实施是校本课程建设的重要组成部分,对于增强德育的实效性,进行国情教育、爱国主义教育,丰富学生历史知识,提高人文素养,培养和提高学生的实践能力,促进教师专业成长,提高学校办学水平,实现特色发展具有重要意义,因此,开发乡土史校本课程是十分必要的。另一方面,满洲里市教育主管部门鼓励学校、教师自主开发校本课程,学校领导也给与了政策和物质技术方面的保障,加之满洲里地区丰富的乡土史课程资源,使得我校完全具备开发乡土史校本课程的能力和条件,因此,我校开发乡土史校本课程是完全可行的。笔者在对满洲里市第六中学学生乡土史知识的现状和需求进行调查问卷分析的基础上,依据校本课程开发的理论和原则,制定校本课程开发方案,精心编写了《满洲里市乡土史校本课程纲要》,对满洲里乡土史校本课程进行了简要说明,确定了满洲里乡土史校本课程目标,编写了乡土史校本课程教材——《历史上的满洲里》,力求以简约的文本、明晰的线索,在中国历史发展的宏观大背景下,展示各个历史时期满洲里乡土史上一幅幅生动的画卷,让学生了解满洲里,热爱满洲里,立志建设满洲里。在《满洲里市乡土史校本课程纲要》中做出了课程内容及活动安排,阐述了乡土史校本课程实施的方法和实施原则,阐述了对校本课程的评价。通过一个阶段的课程实施,积累了一定的经验,提出了乡土史校本课程教学中应注意的一些问题,对今后研究提出了一些设想。
外文摘要:
The development and implement of the school-based curriculum of local history is an important part of the establishment of the school-based curriculum. It’s significant to enhance actual effect of moral education, carry through the education of the situation of our country and patriotism, enrich the history knowledge of students, improve humanism accomplishment. It’s important to cultivate and enhance students’ ability of practice, promote the professional development for teachers, improve the level of running a school, achieve the characteristic development as well. Therefore, it’s necessary to develop the school-based curriculum. On the other hand, the departments in charge of education in Manzhouli encourage schools and teachers to develop the school-based curriculum of local history independently. The leaders in our school ensure the support in policy and finance in technic. What’s more, the curriculum resources of local history in the area are abundant. It offers us conditions and possibility to develop the school-based curriculum of local history. So, it’s completely feasible to develop the school-based curriculum of local history in our school.The analysis to the survey of students’ knowledge in our school about local history as a foundation, Following the theory and the principles of the development of the school-based curriculum , the author establishes the project for the development of the school-based curriculum and compiles ‘The compendium of the development of the local history curriculum resources in Manzhouli’ it narrates the school-based curriculum of the local history , brings forward the objective of the local history , compiles the teaching material of the local history curriculum resources “Manzhouli in History”. It hopes to show the dramatic pictures of Manzhouli in various periods with contracted text and transparent clue in the macro background of the development of Chinese history. It can help students realize and love and make up their mind to build their hometown. ‘The compendium of the development of the school-based curriculum of local history in Manzhouli’ which deals with contents and activities, expatiates the means and principles of the implement, evaluation for the local history curriculum as well. At last the author puts forward some issues and tentative plans for further research in the process of local history teaching via the experience in the implement.
