本文以北京市虎城中学为个案，研究了学校形象识别系统在实际中的运用情况。研究通过文献分析和访谈把虎城中学近两年来的学校形象识别系统建设进行了分类和总结，总结了建设中的成就和不足，提出了建议。在研究中发现，学校的理念系统、行为系统和视听识别系统建设均需要注意其统一性、重复性和差异性等特征。此外，本研究还对全校师生进行了抽样问卷调查，对学校形象的建设从认知度、美誉度和定位度上进行了测量，为学校形象进行了评价。结果发现：学校内部公众对学校形象的评价较高，认知度、美誉度和定位度均处于较高水平。同时，对各特征变量的比较发现：在认知度上老师和学生间、不同年级学生间存在着显著的差异； 在定位度上，老师和学生间存在着显著差异。

This is a case study of Hucheng Middle school to evaluate the outcomes of School Identify System used in the school image reconstruction program． Though the paper analysis and interview, this study categorizes the outcomes of School Identify System, as well as summarizes the achievements and proposes some suggestions to the shortcomings． The study find out that, using School Identify System, including Mind Identify, Behavior Identify and Visual Identify, we should pay attention to unification, repetition, and diversity．
