建立幼儿园教师专业组织,是促进幼儿教师专业化发展,提高幼儿园教育质量的关键。教师专业组织是指由专家指导机制,教师教研机制以及教师知识分享机制构成的教师共同体,建立教师专业组织需要有三大要素:工具,组织机制和数据应用。儿童发展观察评估量表作为一项评估工具介入幼儿园场景,必然影响教师专业组织的运作。本研究采用观察法和问卷调查法,进入重庆市某幼儿园的评估场景,围绕幼儿园儿童评估实施情况、教师教研情况以及评估数据使用情况三个方面开展调研,了解儿童发展观察评估量表在幼儿园中的使用情况及其在教师专业组织建设中的应用现状,发现其中存在的问题,并尝试提出有效运用评估工具建设教师专业组织的方案,从而促进教师专业化发展。

The establishment of kindergarten teachers’ professional organization is the key to promote the development of preschool teacher professionalization and improve the quality of preschool education. Teachers’ professional organization is a teacher community which consists of the expert guidance mechanism, teachers’ research work mechanism and teachers’ knowledge sharing mechanism. Teachers’ professional organization have three elements: tools, organization mechanism and data application. When Child Development Observation and Rating Scale, which is an instrument for monitoring child development and outcomes, intervening to preschool, it will inevitably affect the operation of teachers' professional organization. The author adopts the observation research method and questionnaire survey method and so on to research about the implementation of child development evaluation, teachers’ research work and data implication in one of kindergartens in Chongqing. Then get information about how Child Development Observation and Rating Scale used in the preschool and how it applied into the construction of teachers' professional organization. To find out the problems, and try to put forward an effective plan to apply evaluation tools into the construction of teachers' professional organization scheme, so as to promote the professional development of teachers.
