核心稳定训练对提高人体身体素质有着重要的影响,能够提高人对身体平衡的控制水平,保持稳定的动态姿势以及促使其他一些环节的发力,是针对人体运动中的核心区域肌群以及深层的小肌群进行相关的训练。体育运动在当今时代的发展越来越快,其中核心稳定性训练在体能训练中的运用也越来越多。跳高作为田径项目之一,对身体有着很多的严格要求,比如说力量的传递与衔接,如何使自己保持动态的平衡。所以,从理论层次上来说,跳高运动员可以通过提高核心稳定性从而达到提高自己的专项素质的目的。  研究目的:以专业跳高运动员为研究对象,对他们的核心稳定性训练对应的训练方法进行实验设计,并检验其在跳高运动员在核心稳定性以及专项训练中的起到的效果。  研究方法:为了能够对核心训练法在专业跳高运动员训练中起到的效果进行研究,本文一共采用了三种不同的方法,分别为资料文献法、统计法以及实验法。将八一田径队男子跳高运动员作为本文的实验研究对象。为了能够有力地证明核心稳定性训练所起到的作用,一共挑选了18名符合要求的跳高运动员,分为两个不同的小组,一个是实验组,另外一个是对照组,实验周期为十周,最后测试这些运动员的专业运动素质和核心稳定性等相关指标,并且对相应的结果数据进行分析。  研究结果:1.通过对测试的结果进行对比分析,发现实验组的运动员素专项运动素质的提高与成绩要好于对照组。2、实验后实验组跳高运动员核心稳定性指标明显高于对照组,差异十分显著3、对照组的专项运动素质成绩以及核心稳定性指标实验前后差异不显著。4、实验组的跳高专项运动素质以及核心稳定性指标均比实验前差异显著。  研究结论:  1、通过10周5个阶段的核心稳定性训练,跳高运动员核心稳定性指标(腰部屈曲能力、腰部伸展能力、左桥、右桥)明显提高,训练方法有效。  2、提高跳高运动员的核心稳定性,可以提高跳高专项运动素质,包括全身爆发力、专项起跳能力、下肢力量、专项速度、专项柔韧素质、专项耐力素质。  3、通过增加跳高运动员核心稳定性训练,可以增进运动员对跳高技术的掌握。主要表现在:提高助跑的速度和节奏,增加踏跳瞬间的内倾角度、增大踏跳瞬间的后倾角度、形成更大的背桥。  4、传统训练方式对于核心稳定性指标和专项运动素质的提高效果不明显,在跳高项目上,为了能够提高运动员的竞技水平,使他们的专项运动素质得到加强,应该将核心稳定性训练方法添加到传统训练方式中来。

Core stability training is intended to training the core areas of muscle and deep the small muscles of the. It is to the human body to maintain dynamic posture, balance control, link force plays a certain role. Core stability training as a new physical training in the growing field of competitive sports will play an increasingly important role. As one of the high jump in track and field athletes, to maintain cohesion and transfer power dynamic balance, part of the requirements are very strict, therefore, in theory, to improve the core stability training for special movement quality high jumper to help.   Research purposes:    Training of core stability training high level jumper experiment design, and to test its function and effect in the special quality training of high jumpers and core stability .   Research methods:   This article uses the literature method, experimental method and mathematical statistics method, will affect the core stability training for high jumpers sports quality and core stability was studied in male high jumpers, the eight one team as the experimental object, choose the 18 athletes with the experimental conditions from it, and the experimental objects were divided into the control group and experiment group, after 10 weeks of core stability training on athletes volleyball movement quality and core stability index were tested, compared with the group and the data between the two groups.   Results:    1, The experimental group special movement quality high jump significantly more than the control group, the experimental group and the control group were higher than the scores.   2, The experimental core stability index group of jumpers was significantly higher than the control group, the difference between the special movement quality score of 2, the control group as well as the core stability index before and after the experiment, the difference was not significant.    3, The experimental group of high jump movement qualities and core stability index higher than those before the experiment significantly.   The conclusion of the study:   1, Through the training of core stability of 5 10 week period, high jumper core stability index (the waist, the waist buckling capacity extension ability, left, right bridge bridge) increased significantly, effective training methods.   2, High jump athlete core stability training, can improve the special movement quality high jump, including systemic explosive force, the special jump,, lower limb strength, specialized speed, flexibility, endurance quality.   3, Core stability training of high jumpers, can improve the high jump technology. Mainly displays in: the approach of speed and rhythm, increase the jumping moment of inclined angle, increasing the jumping moment of inclined angle, the formation of back bridge more.4,The traditional training mode for core stability index and special sports quality enhancement effect is not obvious, in the high jump, should be based on the traditional training methods, into the core stability training, improve the sports fitness, so that the movement of the quality of balanced development.
