在研究射频电路过程中,网络法比较常用,本篇文章就是用网络法来研究三极管的射频电路。我的工作是在前人所做工作基础上进行进一步探究。涉及射频电路网络法,必然涉及Y参数。然而一般情况下Y参数表达式十分复杂,希望通过MATLAB用计算机求解。首先我做的是解释Y参数的定义以及分析了三极管的Y参数等效电路图,其次是用两个例子(内外电路)解释Y参数的推导计算,最后是用三极管整体的例子来进行编程的分析。最终获得一个程序可以用适用于任何三极管。
本篇文章的主要内容分了三个板块:一.介绍了三极管以及Y参数。二. 分别用三级管内电路和外电路分析如何求解Y参数。三.分析三极管的总电路并用程序求解,也是对程序的一个分析的过程。

The network method is frequently used to study triode rf circuit. In this paper, we use the network method to study the rf circuit. It is based on previous work to further explore. It involves the network method of radio frequency circuit, which must involve Y parameter, but the Y parameter is very complicated under general circumstances and we hope it can be solved by computer. First of all, what I do is to explain the definition of Y parameter and analyze the triode Y parameters of the equivalent circuit diagram. The second is to use two examples to explain Y parameter’s deducing, the internal and external circuit’s calculation. The last work is to use triode overall programming examples for analysis. As a result, a program can be used for any triode.
The main content of this article is divided into three sections: 1. Introduction of triode and Y parameters. 2. How to solve the Y parameter by analyzing the internal circuit and external circuit in the three-stage tube. 3. Analyzing the total circuit of triode and solving it by the program. It is also an analyzing process of the program.
