篮球运动由于其本身的刺激性、高观赏性以及高对抗性，一直受到全世界人民的喜爱，尤其是一些年轻爱好者，都以进入NBA为梦想，更有对某些球星的特别关注。篮球运动由美国人奈·史密斯发明的，从篮球最初的规则到现在逐渐的演变，随着100多年的发展，篮球规则也已经日趋成熟，并且完善。现如今，篮球运动在中国受到越来越多人所喜爱，到处可见的篮球场和运动的人们，可以看出篮球运动已经在中国有了坚实的群众基础和文化基础。伴随着王治郅、姚明、易建联、孙悦等中国球员出现在NBA的赛场，以及CBA（中国职业篮球联赛）联赛的逐步发展，各支球队引进优秀的外援，比赛的观赏性得到加强，水平得到提高，这项运动开始受到越来越多的学生，爱好者以及社会各界的的关注与喜爱。不过随着世界篮球整体水平的提高，中国篮球还在原地踏步，一直按照原有体制的影响，中国篮球的比赛成绩在世界上的成绩越来越不理想，在2013年的亚洲男子篮球锦标赛中，更是创造了历史最差成绩，以及一些尴尬的记录，中国篮球遇到了发展的瓶颈期。　　　自从上世纪90年代，越来越多的大学生开始接受“体教结合”的教育形式，高校的整体水平有了显著的提高，我国高校竞技运动也进入快速发展时期。在1998年,在中国篮球水平迅速提高与发展的大环境下，中国大学生篮球协会推出了属于中国大学生自己的篮球联赛——中国大学生篮球联赛，即CUBA联赛，高校篮球运动如一股暴风般席卷中国九州，不仅仅丰富了校园文化娱乐活动，也逐步成为各大校园里的一道亮丽的风景线，使篮球运动与校园文化完美结合。经过各行各业的努力以及社会各界的密切关注，随着CUBA联赛15年的发展,这项比赛俨然已经成为我国目前规模最大的、最正规的、最有吸引力的校园篮球联赛。为了更好地发展校园篮球文化，丰富学生们的校园文化生活，提高高校篮球竞技水平，学习和借鉴其他学校、运动员的技战术，开拓后备人才储备的培养模式与渠道，借鉴其他运动项目的联赛运行方式，健全我国高校篮球联赛以及校园篮球联赛的运作方式和管理体制，在2004年10月，中国大学生体育协会与中国篮球协会又开展了一项新的篮球赛事——中国大学生男子篮球超级联赛。随着CUBS联赛的推出，对校园篮球文化的建设有着强有力的推动作用，使得篮球运动成为最受大学生欢迎的运动项目，远远超过了足球、排球等其他运动项目的受关注度，。　　　为了本论文能够顺利完成，并且得到各位教师的认可，在论文完成的过程中，运用了文献资料法、问卷调查法、逻辑分析法、比较分析法等研究方法。在论文整体的结构设置上，第一部分是对我国两大高校联赛进行了比较，研究和分析，发现影响我国两大高校篮球联赛发展的最根本的原因。在全世界范围内，影响力最大的校园篮球联赛应该是美国大学生篮球联赛，它也是全世界最商业化、最成熟的校园篮球联赛，我们可以借鉴其成功的经验，包括赛程设置、运营模式、管理办法、宣传影响等方面，找出我国两大高校篮球联赛在发展过程以及持续发展中的问题所在。第二部分通过系统的管理系统的比较研究，以及CUBA联赛与CUBS联赛的赛制、体制管理的比较研究，提出合理的、有效的解决办法，进而逐步整合规划，一步步的完善在中国高校中较为成熟的两大篮球联赛的赛制管理和体制管理，使联赛的如何运作的显得更加合理化、有效化，在不打破、不破坏篮球运动的正常发展规律，而且还要根据篮球运动在我国各省市的各大高校、院校中篮球运动文化的基本情况与发展现状与规律，提出相对人性化，可操作性强的赛制制度，这样才能够激发其他各院校参加到比赛中来的愿望与积极性，让篮球运动在全国范围内有更深入的发展，促进中国大学生两大篮球联赛正常、有序、有效、积极的可持续发展。

Because of its thrill, highly appreciative values and high antagonism, basketball is prevalent all around the world and some young people even aim to be NBA players and are the fans of some NBA stars. during its 100-year development, basketball have had solid mass basis and cultural basis. With appearance of some Chinese players in NBA, such as Wangzhizhi, Yaoming, Yijianlian, Sunyue, more and more people like to play basketball. however, influenced by the original systems, Chinese national basketball team does not perform well in the world-class competition. and in 2013, the national team suffer from the worst ranking in FIBA Asia Championship and some other embarrassing records. The development of Chinese basketball encounter bottleneck.　　　　Since 1990s, as the reform of sports undertakings and educational undertakings goes on, the development of “combination of sport and education” goes further and more and more college students begin to accept such education method. Tournament athletics in university enters a fast-developing period as well. In 1998, china university basketball association launched its own basketball league, the CUBA. College basketball sports soon become prevalent all over china, making the perfect combination of basketball sports and campus culture possible. After its 15-year development, CUBA has become the largest campus basketball games. In October, 2004, in order to achieve a better development of campus basketball games, enhance the athletic level of college basketball, broaden the training of talent reserves of athletic basketball sports and improve the operation and management systems of all levels of leagues, FUSC and CBA initiate the Chinese university basketball super league, the CUBS. The launch of CUBS not only improve the college athletic sports but also implement the policy of “combination of sport and education”.　　　　By means of literature review, interview, logical analysis and comparative analysis, the study compares the development of status, Guiding ideology and goals of CUBA and those of CUBS and analyze and discover factors that influence the development of CUBA and CUBS. At the same time, by referring the success of NCAA, the study tries to find out the problems in the development of the two college basketball sports. Through the analysis of formats, the comparison of system management, the study tries to come up with rational solutions and policies and then improve the formats and the system of Chinese University Basketball Association so that the operation of leagues can conform to the basketball theory and specific conditions, improve enthusiasm of colleges and enhance the sustainable development of the formats of Chinese University Basketball Association.
