农村教育现代化是农村走向现代化的重要环节。研究通过文献资料整理和实地访谈,对武威市的农村教育现代化问题做了深入研究,主要得到以下结论:1、从物质文化、制度文化、精神文化三个层面出发,建立了农村教育现代化评价框架;2、当前,武威市农村教育在建设硬件、配备师资、完善制度和营造教育氛围等方面取得巨大进步,但仍存在经费投入缺乏稳定的保障机制,教师队伍整体素质不高,管理制度不够科学、缺乏人性化,教育观念和社会氛围不适应经济社会快速发展等问题;3、自然地理条件、自然资源禀赋、人口分布、经济发展格局、对外交流通达性、城乡差异等地理环境要素影响着教育现代化的水平、速度和质量。根据研究结果,对武威市农村教育提出几点建议:1、建立健全经费运作机制以确保稳定增长的教育投入;2、通过改革选人用人制度夯实农村教育人力资源;3、从思想与观念的源头出发掀起改革。

The modernization of rural education is an important element in the modernization of countryside. Based on collection of literature and interviews, the study made a thorough research on the modernization of rural education problems of Wuwei City, and then made the following conclusions: 1.Build the evaluation framework of the modernization of rural education from the material culture, institutional culture, and spiritual culture levels.2. At present, rural education in Wuwei City has made great progress in hardware, quality of teachers, improvement of system and creating educational environment, etc. But there still exists some problems like lack of stable funding, the general low quality of teachers, unscientific management system, lack of humanity, the concepts of education and social atmosphere not in accordance with the rapid economic and social development.3.Geographic environment factors like natural and geographical conditions, natural resource endowments, population distribution, patterns of economic development, foreign exchange accessibility, urban and rural differences influence the level, speed and quality of modernization of education. Based on the results about Wuwei City, I make a few suggestions about rural education: 1. Establish and improve the funding for the operation of mechanisms to ensure the steady growth of investment in education; 2. Consolidate the human resources of rural education by reforming the selection and appointment system; 3. Reform from the source of ideas and concepts.
